It was Pat 32 birthday and Tara was so happy to his birthday, but her stomach was paining extremely which was hard for her, but she wanted to suprise her boyfriend and she was decorating the room but then she saw something dripping from under her dress, her water just got broke and she screamed for her dad who was preparing dinner for them and after hearing her screaming Manoj ran to the room and saw her.

"Dad, my water got broke let's go to hospital!" She said and stood up and Manoj holded her hand with tears in his own eyes.

"Princess! What about Pat?" Her father asked her but Tara kept waking and sat inside the car.

"Dad, Inform him or some of the management staff, they will handle this!" Tara cried out in pain.

When they reached the hospital and she was admitted the doctor said she was not ready to dilate as the babies are in their active phase and are Dilated just upto 6 cm.

Tara was sipping up water and trying to relax but she was extremely annoyed at herself for nothing.

She saw her aunt Saroj coming toward her with a smile and kissing her forehead and trying to make her calm with all her and Virat childhood antics and memories story.

Meanwhile in the stadium Manoj called Pat and his team management and told them about Tara is in labour and she needs her baby daddy to be there soon.
And as soon as the match was finished and the winning captain Pat gived his interview and stuff the person who talked to Tara father runned toward Pat.

"Pat, Pat!!" He said while trying to catch his breath.

"What happened?" Pat gived him the water bottle to drink water.

"Tara she is, she is in labour her father called to inform you about this and is admitted in Apollo hospital and she is wanting you there." He said and Pat was shocked like labour she was due in 1 week but babies had this hurry to come soon.

"I have to go, but what about team they wanted to celebrate my birthday and I am not here so?"

"This party can be celebrated later, at first you have to go to your girlfriend and be with her to welcome your children together." Everyone said and he nodded and everyone hugged him and then he opened his phone and saw very angry message from Tara, fighting with him for putting two children inside her and now she is the one who is gonna pop up this watermelons out of her vagina not him and then he saw Virat text stating come here asap my little cousin need you or else I am not gonna spare you.

Pat when he reached the hospital it was midnight and he forgotted his own birthday in tension of his girlfriend and childs, he saw her father and other relatives who just hugged him and congratulated him, he frowned his eyebrows at this age the baby here?

Soon Virat too hugged him but not stating anything and just gesturing toward the room and mouthing "All the best dealing with that brat." And tapping on his shoulders.

Pat soon reached the room and saw his girlfriend doing exercises with her hand and when she saw Pat she gestured him to come near her and she hugged him .

"Happy Birthday Baby!" She said while pecking his lips,cheeks,forehead and suddenly another contraction hitted her.

"Betaa, I know your father is a sportsperson but your lovely sweet mother is not." Tara said

"How much time does they are saying?" Pat questioned her.

"2-3 hour or max overnight, but wait these 2 are gonna be your birthday twinnie!" Tara pouted and Pat who didn't noticed had a smirk on this.
