It was my brothers birthday and he was throwing this huge ass party for his 16th birthday but I was low key worried about how this was going to go since everyone he knew was older than him but his party wasn't for a couple of hours so I had time to go to the mall and buy him a last minute gift
So I got up to set out my stuff for the party later so when I came back I wouldn't take long to get ready, then I left and was headed to the mall

I was an influencer so I made money off of promoting products so I didn't really have a budget limit I didn't really know what to get him because he already has everything so I spent 2 hours looking for something then just went with the idea to get him a new Iphone and give him $500

Right now my brother was getting his dreads redid and dyed because his red color faded into blonde and the tips was only faintly colored so right now I was just waiting for him but knowing him he probably was going straight to the party
I get a text I opened my phone to see it's Mike but I call him lil redd and that's his name on my contacts
He said "I ain't coming home the party already started so I'm going straight there" I texted back okay and finished getting ready
I had on a baby blue long sleeve but cropped shirt, black silk leather pants that's was scrunched but a little flared at the bottom a gold pair of hoops a "the tote bag" purse and light blue low top dunks with a pair of clear framed glasses and ponytails
I walked out the house after putting my vanilla fragrance oil on I walk out the house headed straight to the party I see security

I was going to try and catch up but I just let him have his Fun I push through people to get to the bar then I had sat down ordering a drink I look to my left while I wait I see redd up on stage getting twerked on by a girl
I'm not one of those over protective siblings and plus it was his birthday so it's whatever
Than my brother starts to preform a song he made with his friend xxx or Jahseh so I've heard I never seen or met him I heard a couple songs before redd plays x songs when he's sad and I'm not gonna bash him because he's music is good and real

I hear my brother starts to sing and x on the side of him lip syncing redd part I'm not gonna say that I wasn't completely mesmerized by x seeing him for the first time because I'm not gonna lie I was

All of a sudden people started saying help and not paying attention to the show the light on stage turned off
Out of nowhere i here gun shoots, everybody starts screaming and running and security running to go see what was the problem and I see X jump off the stage and redd nowhere to be found I started running to the exit closest to my car
I felt someone grabbing me and I see this darkskin but tall man with long thick dreads that was in a man bun and he had a ski mask on with a gun to my head
"Scream and I'll kill you" he whispered in my ear he must not know about me I grabbed my pocket knife and stabbed him in the nutts making him fall but he let out a few shots while I was running away I ducked but I tripped on someone's bleeding limb body
Making me drop my knife I hurried up out of there leaving my knife but I ran straight into someone I couldn't see it was dark as hell since the stage lights weren't on anymore but they felt fat
He grab me by my neck and put a flash light in my face "ouuu boy you tripps sister ain't you? We gon have fun with you" I was confused on how he knew me and I didn't have my knife anymore so I tried hitting him but his grip around my neck got stronger making it hard to breathe
So I stopped then I heard another gun shot then the man fell to the floor bleeding from the head I felt someone pick me up and throw me over their shoulder putting his hand on my lower back making sure I don't fall off his shoulder running to the exit
"What the fuck who are you" I asked "shut up and don't ask questions" he said but he did just save me so I stopped talking once we was outside I saw him more clearly it was X he put me in the backseat of MY CAR and got in the driver seat and drove off
I see redd in the passenger seat bleeding from his leg with a wraparound it "okay what the fuck" I was hella confused "about your car I have spear keys and once I noticed you wasn't gone yet I told X to go and get you since them bitch ass niggas shot me in the leg" he explained
