I wake up to a pounding sound in my head. "Shit..." Did I even drink? I don't even remember. What I do remember is what Kai was talking last night. I don't want nothing to do with that nigga right now.
I get up and decide to go out and get breakfast. Hopefully some fresh air will help me. First, I get in the shower.

When I'm done with my shower, I went to my room to go get something to wear. It's nice and airy outside, so I put on a cropped tee, some jeans shorts, my socks and crocs on. I grab my purse and phone, and make my way to the door.

When I actually get in the car, I don't even know where I should go. "Ooh.. Chik-Fil-A" I say to myself, then get to driving.
I wonder what Kai's doing right now. Probably doesn't even care. He didn't care last night. I should get my mind off him, he doesn't deserve my time.
I get out the car and go inside. "Can I get a Bacon egg and cheese muffin with a fruit cup and chocolate milk?"
"Anything else?"
"No that's all."
I pay my total and wait at a wall for my order. I shift my focus from my phone to a familiar figure.
"Lemme get uh chicken biscuit with honey. A hash brown scramble bowl. A chicken egg and cheese biscuit. Hash browns. And a gallon of sweet tea."
That's definitely Fanum. I liked Fanum, he was cool. But I don't know if he'll go and say something about me to Kai. And just as I thought that,
"ORDER FOR CHANSEA"
Well shit. I just sighed and got my food, trying to hurry—
"What's good Chansea?" I hear him say behind me.
"Hey Fanumm!" I put on a smile.
"We can talk before you leave?"
Why would he need to talk? "Uh.. yeah sure."
Surprisingly this Chik-fil-a wasn't that busy, so it didn't take long for his order. "So what did you need to talk about?" I ask him while walking out the door.
"It's about Kai."
I paused my movement and began to just nervous laugh. "Okay bye Fanum."
"Chansea wait. He wanted to talk to you about last night? What happened with y'all two? Ian see nothing."
I began to tell him all about it. I needed to tell someone, get it off my chest.
"Shit that's messed up." He said, shaking his head. "But, um. He didn't tell me he wanted to talk personally. He's been out of it ever since we went inside for the party. He went straight to his room. And all everyone has been hearing was groaning. He's just been doing a whole lot."
"Oh." I didn't know what else to say.
"Also you left your hat. So go get it. You can follow my car."
Oh, I sure did forget that. "Uh, yeah okay. I'll follow you."

We arrived to the house at maybe like 9:30. I got my food from my car. He unlocked the door and let me in, him holding his food with one hand.
"He's upstairs, where he's been since last night."
I walked up the too-familiar steps and looked at the familiar door. I knocked slightly.
KAI POV.
I heard a knock at the door, like the ones I've been hearing all day. I just can't believe I left her like that. I don't even know if she got home safely. I mean yeah. I definitely have a reason to be mad though. First off my ex was there and none of these niggas bothered to tell me. And Sea was literally dancing on top of people. She knew what she was doing.
