Johnnies Pov:
Me and Jake kissed for a video.
There was no feelings behind the kiss.
Or at least I'm trying to tell myself.
I can't do this.
That kiss is burnt into my skull.

I pulled out my phone to text Sam.
He knew how to help in these situations.
Me: Hey Sam I need help
Sam: Hey Johnnie! Whatsup?
Me: don't tell a soul, if I hear it around I know it's you cause you are the only person I told.
Sam: don't worry, my lips are sealed.
Me: so me and Jake kissed for a video right?
Sam: yeah so?
Me: I don't mean to sound like I'm in a fan fiction or something but I felt sparks dude
Sam: does Jake know that?
Me: no not that I'm aware, I just don't know what to do
Sam: okay, well, I actually had a similar experience with Colby, so, what I want you to do, is tell him.

I set down my phone.
Was I really about to tell Jake?

I found myself at Jake's bedroom door knocking.
'Really, Johnnie!?' I asked myself.
He opened his door, he looked puzzled to see me.
"Oh, what's up?" Jake asked.
"Can we talk?" I said, feeling my nerves come up my back with a chill.
"That's not scary at all, sure, what is it?" He said, also looking nervous.
"Jake, I felt something when we kissed. A-and I know that sounds stupid but like... I've never felt like this with a guy before and I'm freaking out" I quickly blurted out looking up at him.
His face dropped into shock.
"You mean that?" Jake said.
"Uhm" I replied.
Jake moved his hand to my cheek, leaning in and kissing me for the second time that night.
This time.
No cameras.
No viewers.
Just us.
The kiss was sweet and small.
Jake's looked at me as he pulled away.
"I felt it too."
