Razz stretches his arms out, letting a big yawn escape as the Lucario wakes up from his slumber. The bushes offered him a nice bit of cover, and safety from any onlookers and the elements.

Once he's allowed himself to wake up properly, the Lucario gets into motion. He's still got a long road ahead of him, and the terrain is rough and unforgiven - so any opportunity for a quick power nap is a welcome one.

The early rays of sunlight reflect in the dewdrops that still cover the plentiful jungle leaves, giving him a chance to get some water in his system before venturing deeper into the jungle, not knowing when the soonest lake or river pops up - let alone one with drinkable water.

The crispy cold dew feels wonderful rolling down his throat as he eagerly cups his paws beneath the leaves, allowing the droplets to roll in one by one.

That's liquids taken care of. Now for some sustenance.

Obviously, his aura sense is the most dominant sensation - perhaps at the cost of other senses, such as smell. A new location, especially a jungle like this, always comes with a bunch of new, interesting scents and smells - each one fighting for dominance inside his nostrils.

It's tough to hone down on each specific scent, but one of them triggers a memory deeply hidden within his mind. He's definitely smelled this before. He can't quite place it, but it's sweet, it's fruity... it's edible.

Closing his eyes to focus more clearly on the faint, familiar smell, Razz allows his footpaws to guide him deeper into the lush, brilliantly green forest. He reopens his eyes once he thinks he's tracked down the general location of whatever the smell might be, and approaches it, led by his growling stomach.

Eventually, Razz finds himself in a tiny clearing in the middle of the jungle. The open area has a bunch of bushes, all around ankle height, and - as if he was destined to find it - the sunlight hits one specific bush perfectly.

The bush, upon closer inspection, is filled to the brim with plump, ripe Sitrus berries. That's it! The realisation hits, the scent is filed away and memorised, and a hungry smile creeps onto Razz's snout. He's had these before, no doubt about it. This will definitely suffice.

Hungrily, the Lucario walks out in the open, approaching the naturally highlighted brush, his paw eagerly reaching for one of the berries, picking one with ease.

The direct rays of sunlight have made the berry slightly lukewarm, tiny clouds of steam rising from the bush as the dew vaporises under the warmth. Razz licks his lips, and without hesitation bites right down into the berry.

He's so distracted by the wonderful, nostalgic taste of the berry satiating his hunger, that he barely notices a second Pokémon slowly creeping up on him. From the depths of the clearing, hidden by the bushes, it creeps closer and closer until it's right behind him.

By the time Razz picks up on the unknown Pokémon's aura, it's already too late to stop a scaly, strong tail wrapping around both his footpaws and ankles. Before he can react to the cold scales around his lower legs, or the creature's - now obvious - nasty aura, he feels a strong tug, and within mere moments he's suddenly dangling upside down.

Disoriented by the sudden shift of perspective, Razz drops the leftover half-berry, bouncing on the grass and rolling out of reach.

With his priorities straight, the Lucario gets pissed at the interruption of his breakfast, ignoring the threat to his own actual well-being. Frustrated, he fires an aura sphere behind his back in the general estimated direction of the Pokémon that has him in his grasp. Of course, it hits a tree behind him rather than the assailant.
