Time passed. Alot of time passed, and the next thing they know, is that they are seniors in highschool. Becca still likes Adam, and Adam still likes Becca, but Becca is still insecure. Even more insecure than she was a year ago. She feels left out. She feels fatter than an obese pig. She feels ugly. She can't even fix it. Her scars keep appearing, but now in different places. Adam can't help but smile.
"Why are you smiling at how upset I am?" Becca screamed.
"Because! I think your the most beautiful girl, and you don't even know. You keep harming yourself, and telling yourself that you're ugly!" Adam said, again with a smile. "Becca, I'm not the smartest person, but I am smart enough to recognize how pretty, and amazing you are."
Becca blushed. She knew she was pretty and all. It hurt to harm herself. She wanted the attention. She did know that she was invisible. All she wanted was someone to care enough to tell her to stop. Her parents couldn't help. They thought she was insane. Her sister loved her, but she never went through this when she was in high school, so she didn't say anything.
Becca walked out of the room. She walked home, in the rain. Adam ran after her.
"Bec! Wait!" Adam screamed, starting to open an umbrella.
"What is left to say?'" Becca screamed. Her mascara ran down her face. Thanks tears. And rain. "You said all you had to say, didn't you?"
"Trust me there is a lot more. Why didn't you accept the fact that I think your amazing? Your my best friend Becca. Don't run away from me."
She did. She ran farther than she could ever imagine. She ran to 3 towns over, not stopping at all. Adam was right behind her. He didn't stop either. She finally found the ditch. And Adam knew what she was doing. He grabbed her, and pulled her away.
"Are you kidding me!? You're doing this now?" Adam screamed. He couldn't believe it.
He didn't know the blade was in her hand, her cheek was bleeding. The blade had blood. She didn't want to just kill her self. She wanted to die, and hide her own body.
