Never Thought It Would Happen
You know, I write pretty much all these stories after carefully considering the script from events. I think I almost work too hard at these but it's something I generally love, so I guess it's worth it if you guys like it.
When they get back from the fire that was at Vic's parent's restaurant Andy groans "Ugh, I'm starving. As soon as we're done cleaning up, I'm gonna make a massive pot of chicken tikka masala."
"You know it's 3:30 in the morning, right?" Robert asked, scoffing at his wife.
"And since when do you cook Indian food?" Maya asked.
"And is Curry really want anyone wants at 3:30 in the morning?" Ben asked, joining the conversation.
Andy looks at Ben. "Okay, A – It was Hughes' and Montgomery's night for dinner," Andy then points to Maya. "B – it's a jarred sauce you just pour over the chicken, like pasta sauce." Andy then turned around to look at her husband. "And C – who cares what time it is when you're so hungry your stomach growls are drowning out the sirens?" Andy asked, walking closer to Robert.
"She isn't lying. I could hear it." Maya laughed.
"Okay, you were sitting so far away."
"Your stomach growls louder than Carina's, which I didn't think was possible." Maya joked again.
"Well, I need a shower and some sleep," Robert told Andy.
"Cool. I want that for you." Andy looked Robert dead in the eyes and then turned away. "I want chicken tikka masala and then maybe a shower and then sleep," Andy told him.
Jack comes up to her "I could eat." He said, high-fiving Andy. Robert jokes that now she has a buddy for her food adventure.
After Maya tells them that they can't do the medical tent any more because they need to provide a "united front" with the police, Dean storms off and Andy walks past her.
"I'll be in the kitchen."
Maya watched her leave and Andy's words were stuck in her head. What is going on with her? Seems like she's eating whenever she can. Maya thought to herself. "Oh my god." Maya let out. "No way."

Robert was getting ready for bed when he got a text from Andy.
You sure you're not hungry?
Nah, I'm good. Robert texted back.
As soon as I'm done eating... Robert read the message as another one came in. I'm gonna climb in that bunk with you." Robert smirked at the devil emoji she sent. What has gotten into my wife?
