I'm really sry you all had to wait so long for the next chapter, I just had this really annoying technology assessment that I had to complete first bc grades are important. Also I know I randomly just switch into second or third person instead of first but bear (bare?) with me, I'm learning as I write this. I'm getting ZERO comments and I'm freaking out. Does no one like my story? Is it bad rly bad so no one wants to comment on it or is it okay, pls show me your support by voting or commenting or pointing out grammatical errors or giving me feedback. Damn that was a lot of "ors". Anyways, on with the story.

Winter

*DING DONG DING DONG*

I fell off the icy ledge with a thump startled by the loud sound of a mallet being bashed on a gong.

"What is that deafening noise?" I grumbled. Probably time to get up, I thought.

I pulled myself up and fixed my room up a bit before heading out to the breakfast hall. The walk was nothing special at all, except for the fact that I might have seen a scavenger walking through the snowy landscape of the Ice Kingdom. I definitely had to go check that out if I had free time, but obviously not now.

I reached the breakfast hall and bowed to Snowfall. "Good morning, Your Highness." I said in a respectful tone.

"What did I say about calling me that?" Snowfall reminded me.

"Uh, to not to?" I said in a voice that sounded like I was trying to sound innocent but instead sounded like I was trying to hold back my laughter, which for the record, I was.

Snowfall rolled her eyes. "Good morning to you too. Now come on, take a seat, Hailstorm and Lynx should be here in a bit."

"Hailstorm and Lynx?" I echoed in an excited voice. Now that I thought about it, I hadn't seen my brother or best friend (they're going to be much more than "best friends" if u catch my drift. *wink wink*) in quite a lot of time. My heart leapt a little at the mention of Lynx's name, the way it used to when Moon was mentioned...

"Yeah, why, is there a problem?" Snowfall asked, bringing me out of my thought process.

"No, it's just that. It's just, I haven't seen both of them in a couple of years. They're both doing well I hope?" I ended with a question.

"Well, who's fault was that, it's your fault you didn't visit, and to answer your question, you can ask them yourself." Snowfall answered.

I turned around.

(*sighs* here comes the hard part, i'm not very at describing, but i'll try my best 4 all of u peeps)

Hailstorm and Lynx walked into the hall and looked at me with awestruck faces.

Hailstorm looked taller and stronger than the last time I had seen him. His silvery, white and blue scales shimmered. His claws looked sharper and deadlier, as if he had sharpened them. There was no longer confusion of being Pyrite in his focused arctic blue eyes. His sharp, silvery spines ruffled at the sight of me.

And then Lynx walked through the door, my breath caught in my throat as I looked at her beautiful silver and white scales that gleamed like diamonds in the sunlight. On her scales were patterns of dark blue freckled all over her snout and wings. She was utterly gorgeous.

I realised I had just been staring at the two of them for quite a while so I decided to break the awkwardness and cleared my throat to say something. "H-hey Hailstorm, Lynx." I stuttered out, wait a minute, I stuttered? Probably just because I was nervous. (WINTER, JUST ACCEPT UR FEELINGS!!!)

"Hey little brother, how are you?" Hailstorm asked.

"I'm fine." I said.

"Sure...now tell-" Hailstorm replied skeptically. Hailstorm stopped abruptly as Lynx bolted towards me and hugged the stuffing out of me.

"O-ow, nice to see you too Lynx, you can let go now." I said while gently pushing her off my probably broken ribs.

"I missed you so much Winter! Why didn't you tell me you were coming! Snowfall, why is he here? Did he get in trouble! Did something happen in Sanctuary!" She started rambling incoherent words that made no sense whatsoever, but it was kind of cute if you asked me.

"Chill, (someone get a camera and take a pic of snowfall saying "chill") nothing happened, Winter's just here to see you guys. We're going to have a whole tribe gathering soon so eat quickly. Also we're going to have a snowball fight later on." Snowfall announced.

Hailstorm and Lynx sat down and dug into their food with me and Snowfall doing the same. I ate a few fish and a penguin before it was time to go.

"Noooooo, already? Can it wait?" I whined.

"If you complain I'll put you in the dungeons." Snowfall snapped, leading us outside.

"Okay, sorry!" I apologised. I mouthed 'jeez' and rolled my eyes out of Snowfall's line of sight. Lynx giggled when she saw. I shot her a small smile. Was it weird that I wanted to make her laugh and smile like that every time I saw her? Nah, it's probably because this is the first I've seen of her in a while.

Snowfall stopped us when we came to a curtain of ice. "Lynx, Hailstorm, I want you guys to go into the audience. Winter, when the gathering starts let me say my speech and then I'll call you out onto the stage. When you get on the stage you need to then bow in front of me and then I will tap your shoulders or something and then you'll be OFFICIALLY UN-BANISHED from the Ice Kingdom. I say officially because even though I pardoned you, I didn't do it using the "method" that you're supposed to pardon a dragon. BLAH BLAH BLAH stupid politics." She stated. Lynx and Hailstorm went out to the audience and tried valiantly to stifle their laughter from Snowfall's last sentence, I was trying but failing terribly. Snowfall didn't notice as she stepped outside the curtain and onto the ice.

MWAHAHAHA I KNOW! I'M EVIL, I'M GONNA MAKE U ALL WAIT! AGAIN!

On a more serious note, I'm really sorry that I have to end this here, but I'm just having a bad day and I can't write so sry. Cross your fingers if you want me to update faster! Write suggestions on things I could improve on in the comments.
