now you lay down to sleep

you pray your god your soul to keep

but you shall die before you wake

and I will have your soul to take

your screams echo in the night

you begin to see a blinding light

your eyes glaze over, your voice fades

and I laugh at your ceased agony

burning in your lies and grudges

you stand before us, your judges

we stare and contemplate your doom

as the light fades to a sickly gloom

we whisper of your rage and hate

you stand, silently pleading your case

we turn to you with smiling eyes

and tell you of your final demise
