Brothers:

In the bustling heart of a vibrant city, amid towering skyscrapers and bustling streets, lived two brothers, Jihoon and Hwan. Their home was a luxurious penthouse apartment, perched high above the cityscape with panoramic views of the glittering skyline. Jihoon, the older brother, was ten years old, with sharp, observant eyes and a demeanor that had grown colder since the arrival of his baby brother. His younger brother, Hwan, was just a baby, barely a year old, with chubby cheeks, big, innocent eyes, and an irresistible smile that could light up the room.

Jihoon's family was wealthy, with a lifestyle that afforded them every luxury imaginable. But amidst the opulence of their surroundings, Jihoon often found himself feeling isolated. Ever since Hwan's arrival, it seemed to him that his attention was always focused on the baby. He missed the days when he was the center of their world, when their lavish home was filled with laughter and warmth.

Hwan, on the other hand, was the epitome of cuteness. His chubby cheeks and adorable giggles could melt even the coldest of hearts. He adored his older brother, always reaching out to him with tiny, eager hands and making the most adorable baby noises whenever Jihoon was near.

One sunny afternoon, after a morning of playing in their sprawling penthouse, Hwan was beginning to show signs of sleepiness. His eyelids grew heavy, and he started to make soft, cooing sounds as he rubbed his eyes with his little fists. Jihoon noticed and sighed. "Come on, Hwan," he muttered, picking his baby brother up reluctantly. "Let's get you to sleep."

Hwan nestled into Jihoon's arms, his tiny fingers clutching at his brother's designer shirt. Jihoon carried him to the nursery, a lavish room adorned with plush furnishings and soft, pastel colors, and laid him down in the crib. As soon as Jihoon tried to pull away, Hwan let out a series of cute baby noises, his eyes pleading. Jihoon couldn't help but smile despite himself.

"No, Hwan, you need to sleep," Jihoon said, trying to sound firm but failing to hide the affection in his voice.

Hwan's eyes filled with tears, and he started to whimper softly. Jihoon, feeling a pang of guilt, quickly picked him up again. "Fine, but only for a little while," he grumbled, sitting down in the rocking chair with Hwan in his lap. The baby immediately snuggled against him, his cute baby noises turning into contented sighs as he began to drift off.

As Hwan slept peacefully in Jihoon's arms, his brother couldn't help but feel a warmth spreading in his heart. Despite the challenges and the changes Hwan had brought into their lives, Jihoon knew deep down that he couldn't imagine life without his adorable baby brother. And as he listened to Hwan's cute baby noises, Jihoon felt a sense of love and connection that he hadn't felt in a long time. Maybe, just maybe, having Hwan around wasn't so bad after all.
