Louis sighed, looking up from his phone. He wanted something to do, something that involved getting away from Harry. But he'd be stuck with this geezer until they reach the hotel. 

The plane isn't due for two whole hours. He can't just sit here all this time.

"Hey, why don't you look at the gift shop with me? I'm sure they've got lots of..." He looked around, trying to find something that Harry might find here, something collectible. He noticed that the cherry lip gloss that Harry was applying to his lips was running out of product. "...lip gloss! Yeah! They have tons of lip gloss."

"Oh, quit it, Tomlinson. You're just going to leave me at the gift shop, aren't you?" Harry looked at him with a deadly stare.

"That's the plan." Louis did want to go, just...without a certain someone.

"Fine. But don't leave me." Harry sighed, getting up. He flattened his jeans, putting his phone in his back pocket and grabbing his bags.

"Leave your bags." Louis grabbed Harry's bag out of his grip, rolling it aside.

"What if someone takes it?" Harry pondered, grabbing it back.

Louis took it by the handle again, "no one will touch your bag, princess."

"Princess." He mocked him. Harry silently blushed at that comment, getting up. "Just let me get something from my bag."

He pulled out his wallet, shoving it into his pocket along with his phone.

"Actually, wait. I want to bring my tote." Louis huffed, crossing his arms at his chest as Harry dug through his luggage. He pulled out an empty tote bag and stood up.

"Ready?" Louis sighed. 

"Ready." Harry smirked at him, satisfied with the look of annoyance plastered on Louis' face.

They reached the duty-free shops, a row of shops filled to the brim with travel-sized necessities. They had everything your heart desired, perfume, sandwiches, pillows, magazines, and oddly enough, a cardboard cutout of Pedro Pascal? 

Louis picked up a puzzle box, looking at the cover. Purrfect Morning: Jigzaw Puzzle for Everyone, had an array of cats of all breeds drinking different types of coffee. How adorable. 

"Do you think me mum would like this?" He asked, showing it to Harry. 

"Maybe. Does she like cats?" Harry picked up a fancy-looking teacup, turning it over to look at the price. 

"She's more into dogs but I think this'll do." 

Harry took the puzzle out of Louis' hand, putting it back on the shelf. He picked up another puzzle, this time being dog-themed. "This will not do. If she likes dogs more, get her one with dogs!"

Louis put the dog puzzle back, walking on. "I don't really feel like getting it. I want to save room for some actual shit in LA."

"Fair." Harry said, eyeing it until he walked away.

"What are we getting?" Louis asked, tired of carelessly walking around with Harry. They had spent the last thirty minutes (it felt like an eternity) strolling the airport shops, without buying anything. 

"I dunno." Harry scanned around one last time, smirking as his eyes landed on something at last. "Wait, I have an idea. Stay here."

Of course, Louis didn't want to be by Harry's side 24/7, let alone for five minutes, so he stayed by the snow globes and waited. Harry went into the store across from him, which looked like something of a winery. But Louis didn't question it. The longer he was gone, the longer he was happy.

Harry walked out of the store, clutching his bag. 

"What's in there?" Louis asked, trying to peek in the bag. 

"You'll find out later. Come on, we're going to be late to board."
