Amara would always stick by Jay's side. She had separation anxiety, and it got really bad at points where she would have panic attacks just because Jay isn't with her.
Jay didn't know what to do to help Amara because he hated come back to her crying and hyperventilating just because he wasn't with her. He tried having her uncles she is the most comfortable with staying with her while he isn't there. That didn't work. Amara wanted Jay and jay only.
Jay left to go pick up some weed for jstar since jstars fat ads couldn't do it himself. When he came back her heard everybody freaking out trying to calm down Amara. "What's going on? I left to like five minutes tops." Jay asked, confused. Amara made grabby hands for jay to pick her up while she was crying her eyes out. " she has separation anxiety. She wanted you but you weren't here so she started crying." Notti said, passing Amara to jay. She was breathing really hard. "Mama, calm down. I was gone for five minutes." Jay thought it was kind of cute but also thought that it was concerning. She eventually got over it.
" Mama, you gotta understand when I leave the house, I'm not leaving you. I will always come back. I'm just doing things that you can't be there for. I swear im not leaving you forever. " Jay said.
" You promise?" Amara asked, putting out her pinky. " Promise Mama." He said, grabbing her pinky. "We going to da deli you wanna come?" Edot asked, popping his head in the room. " yea fa sho hold on," Jay said, putting on his and amaras shoes. They went down stairs seeing notti, ddot, and dd. Notti was smoking his airbar outside. " Come on notti," Jay said, carrying Amara since when they walked, she is basically running to catch up.
They get there, and jay puts down Amara so she can go pick out her snacks. Then he can go pick out his. Amara went to go get gummy bears and a fruit punch drink. She turned around to tell her dad that's all she wanted, but he wasn't there.
Jay had turned around for one second when dd called him, and when he looked back, Amara wasn't there. He thought she might have wandered off to go get her things, but the deli wasn't big, so it shouldn't be hard to find her.
The staring man from before walked in and saw Amara looking lost and by herself, so he went up to her. " Hi sweetie, what are you looking for?" He asked her, bending down to her level. She turned around and immediately knew it was the man from before.
" Leave me alone, no talking to strangers, especially ugly ones," she said, walking away. He grabbed her wrist and pulled her back towards him. " I dont have time for your stupid ass comments, you coming with me I don't give a fuck what you gotta say let's go" he said pick he up and covering her mouth so she can't scream.
" nahh what the fuck. Notti, have you seen Amara? I looked away for one second and turned back, and now she is not there. " Jay said, panicking. " No, she was just with you." Notti said, getting everyone's attention. " she couldn't have gotten that far," dd said, looking around to see if he could see her.
Amara bit the man's hand, making him let go of the hand on her mouth. That gave her a chance to scream. She screamed so loud everyone in the deli could hear her scream. " fuck" the man screamed seeing Amara drew blood on his hand.
Jay and them looked over by the door, seeing the man carrying her out the deli and Amara screaming and kicking to be let go. Jay and them ran outside, seeing the man put Amara in the back seat and buckled her up.

He ran up to the car, but the man had already started pulling off. Amara was crying and banging on the window for jay to help her. She was scared and so confused. Jay promised that he would always be there for her and never leave her, but it's not him leaving her. It's her leaving him not knowing when she would come back.
