The next day when Minji was driving to her office, suddenly her secretary called her. She turned on the ear piece and after a few moments her eyes got bigger with pure shock. She was informed that an unscheduled press conference was being held in the kim Corp and Miss Hana was also present there, along with Mrs park and Mr park.
It didn't took her long to realize the purpose of the press conference. she knew that sooner or later it was gonna happen but she never imagined that they would do this without informing her first.
Minji increased the speed of her car to reach there faster and stop the announcement. But it was too late The moment he entered the hall, reporters were already in chaos, competing to ask questions.
On the other hand Hanni was very nervous about something and she was searching for Minji.
She needed to tell her something. But when she heard about the conference, she ran to the hall.
The moment she entered through the back door, she heard the announcement of Minji's wedding with Hana.
'Everything's over, there's no point in telling her now. She's gonna get married soon and I shouldn't create any misunderstanding between them' Hanni thought and plopped down in a chair being hopeless.
"When's the wedding taking place, sir?" A reporter asked.
"We're planning to hold the ceremony next week," Mr Kim replied with a wide smile.
"Ma'am, how long have you been dating Ms Minji? Or is it an arranged marriage?" Another reporter asked.
Hana smiled at the reporters and was about to reply, when Minji came up on the dais. A commotion rose among the reporters and they bombarded Minji with questions.
Minji didn't sit on a chair, rather she leaned on towards the microphone and spoke.
"I'm sorry for being late but I'm here to inform you that there's not gonna be any wedding. It was announced completely against my will. The marriage was neither arranged nor was I dating Miss Hana. Let's not make this more complicated, thank you all for coming here."
With that said, Minji walked out of the conference hall to Her office. her father got furious as hell and Hana was shocked beyond her wits. She thought that once the wedding was announced, she won't be able to do anything. But Minji turned the table anyways. She turned her down in front of the whole media and never in her life she felt this much humiliated.
Hanni was present there and she heard everything. Now that she cancelled her own wedding Hanni decided that she should tell her the matter. So she went out through the back door again and followed her to her office.
Entering the office, Minji plopped down on the couch and only a few seconds later Hanni came in with a worried look on her face.
"Hanni! Why are you here?" Minji asked being confused.
"Minji, I need to tell you something important"
Minji stood up to go near her but suddenly the door flew open, revealing her father, followed by her mother. Mr Kim was furious and she didn't even care to look at Hanni. he pushed Hanni aside and went near Minji.
"What do you think you're doing? Do you have any idea how humiliating it was for the Park's?" Mr kim shouted.
"You should've thought about this when you decided to announce the wedding without my consent" Minji shouted back.
"How dare you disobey your father? Is this how I raised you?"
"I've told you a thousand times that I don't want to get married nor do I want to get into a relationship. It's a huge responsibility which I don't wanna take. Just let me live my own life, I'm already sick of this company. Now I don't want any more responsibilities!" Minji shouted in one breath.
'Don't want any more responsibilities!' Those words kept buzzing in hanni's ear and she again lost all hopes. She finally got her answer and quietly got out of the room unnoticed. The father and Dauther kept bickering while the mother was trying to calm them down.
After being humiliated by Minji, Hana locked herself in her room. Her parents were getting worried sick for their only daughter. But Hana wasn't crying or having any foolish thoughts of harming herself. Instead she was fuming with anger. Now all she wanted was to take revenge.
HANA
"I've sent you the pictures and the informations you need. Now write a spicy article and make sure to portrait her as a slut. Don't worry about the money, I'll pay you as much as you want."
"Don't worry madam, your work will be done," the reporter said.

The next day Hanni attended her office as usual but she wasn't feeling very well. Most of her colleagues were busy gossiping about the cancelled wedding. She tried to avoid hearing the gossip and focus on her work. But a few minutes later, suddenly everyone's focus diverted towards her, making her really uncomfortable.
"Hanni, what's all this?" Jennie asked with a confused look while scrolling her phone.
Ignoring all the stares and whispers, hanni took her phone and a few moments later, her skin became pale due to the sudden shock. There was an article about Minji and somehow she was mentioned in it.
Kim Corp's president Ms Kim Minji's wedding was announced and at the same time was cancelled, yesterday. The event was quite humiliating for both the parties. But what was the reason behind it?
It seems that Ms Minji got seduced by one of her female employees, Miss Hanni. And now she's pregnant.
