The Aura

Amidst the whispers and murmurs that filled the classroom, Selena found herself lost in a whirlwind of thoughts. Kevin's sudden appearance and the subsequent events had left her intrigued, but also wary of what was to come.

As the bell rang, signaling the end of the class, Selena gathered her belongings and made her way out of the room. She caught a glimpse of Kevin in the hallway, surrounded by a group of admirers hanging onto his every word. Despite the chaos around him, he remained composed, a faint smile playing at the corners of his lips.

Selena hesitated for a moment, unsure of whether to approach him. But before she could make up her mind, Leana appeared at her side, excitement gleaming in her eyes.

"Did you see that? Kevin is like something out of a movie!" Leana exclaimed, her voice barely containing her enthusiasm.

Selena nodded, unable to shake the feeling that there was more to Kevin than met the eye. "Yeah, he's... interesting," she replied, choosing her words carefully.

Leana shot her a curious glance before turning her attention back to Kevin. "I heard he transferred here from another school. Some say he's got powers or something," she whispered, her voice tinged with excitement.

Selena raised an eyebrow, intrigued by the rumors swirling around Kevin. Powers? It sounded far-fetched, but after witnessing the events in class, she couldn't entirely dismiss the possibility.

As they made their way through the bustling hallway, Selena's thoughts drifted back to the mysterious figure who had confronted Ms. Hargrove. There was a confidence in Kevin's demeanor that she found both alluring and unsettling. What was it about him that drew people in so effortlessly?

Lost in contemplation, Selena barely noticed when they reached  campus for a short break . But as she looked up, she caught sight of Kevin once more, his gaze meeting hers for a brief moment before he disappeared into the crowd.

With a sigh, Selena shook her head, pushing aside her lingering questions for the time being. Whatever secrets Kevin held, she was determined to uncover them, even if it meant delving into the unknown. As she and Leana walked off together, Selena couldn't help but feel that their journey was only just beginning.
