"care to explain?" Soobin glared, his arms folded over his chest as he trapped yeonjun against the statue, his left hand on the statue right next to yeonjun's head as Yeonjun's eyes went wide.
'damn.' Yeonjun thought. This was so hot of Soobin to do and that even in public. "Well i-i.. um.. I was just playing around." Yeonjun spoke, his voice shaky. He was an expert liar, no doubt. Growing up with strict parents made him into one. But in front of this man, he was stuttering, it was Embarrassing and he knew it.
"Playing around? Your 'friend' supposedly in a relationship, asking for my number is Playing around?" Soobin spoke with a frown on his face as he leaned closer. "Fox, aren't you being sneaky again huh?" Soobin whispered, though they were still standing at a distance.
Yeonjun's heart leaped out of his chest as he heard the nickname. The name slipped out of Soobin's tongue so smoothly that yeonjun melted, feeling his knees go weak. "I-i... N-no I'm not being... Sneaky." Yeonjun spoke as he looked down to avoid eye contact, biting his lip in the process.
"Do you know how long I have been waiting here for you? And this is the stunt you pull right on the first session." Soobin spoke, he did seem kind of angry and Yeonjun couldn't help but feel bad.
"I'm sorry..." Yeonjun spoke, keeping his gaze down as he fiddled with his hands. "What is it that you wanted to know that badly huh? You really had to send your friend to do it for you?" Soobin glared at Yeonjun.
"Nothing..." Yeonjun mumbled, feeling more embarrassed as each second passed. "I will never do it again..." Yeonjun spoke, soobin only let an annoyed sigh as he stepped away from yeonjun.
"Let's just cancel the shoot, the sun's already setting, it's of no use now." Soobin spoke, though that wasn't the reason for him to cancel the whole entire session. He was furious, over the fact that Yeonjun didn't have the courage to ask whatever he wanted to directly but had the courage to stalk him to his studio.
Yeonjun watched as soobin walked away. He ruined it as always. He wanted to stop soobin from leaving but something restrainted him. Yeonjun sniffled before he wiped his tears and walked down the street to the subway station again.
Over the next few days, Soobin didn't see yeonjun on the subway. He assumed he might be busy or taking another route due to his late schedule. Though that thought that he might be avoiding him just wouldn't leave Soobin's head. At last, he decided on something.
It was around 12 am, yeonjun was standing at the station, waiting for the last train to arrive as he rubbed his hands together because of the cold. There was silence, not even a single person or even a cat present at the station. As Yeonjun waited, he felt a hand on his shoulder and flinched, his hand reached down to grab the pepper spray from his bag before he pushed the guy off and was about to spray it onto his face as he stopped when he saw who it was.
"S-soobin.." Yeonjun's eyes widened as he stepped back. "Woah!... Great self defence mechanism you have right there fox." Soobin spoke, his hands up as he surrendering to Yeonjun as he looked at the pepper spray in Yeonjun's hand. "Relax, i won't hurt you, you know." Soobin chuckled as he put his hands down. Though, yeonjun didn't put the spray down.
"What is it?" Yeonjun spoke, his tone almost distant. "What? You have been freakin avoiding me for the past week and you ask me what is it?" Soobin frowned. Yeonjun looked away as he put the pepper spray down. "I wasn't avoiding you, I was just... Busy." Yeonjun spoke, clearly lying.
"Yeah? Quit lying yeonjun, you aren't fooling me. Are you still mad over that day? I know i shouldn't have gotten angry but I just did and i wanted to apologize-" before Soobin could finish his sentence, yeonjun cut him off and spoke. "No... It wasn't your fault. I was the one who was wrong. I should be sorry." Yeonjun spoke while he gaze was low.
"Yeonjun... It's okay, it isn't a big deal." Soobin stepped closer. "Can we just forget about it? You still have your photoshoot session pending." Soobin spoke, trying to make yeonjun talk to him properly. "I don't want to do anything. Cancel the shoot." Yeonjun bit his lip. "Huh?* Soobin's eyes widened.
Soobin folded his arms over his chest and frowned. "Well bad news mister, you can't cancel it." Yeonjun frowned. "And why not?"
"Once the shoot is booked, it cannot be cancelled till there is a valid reason." Soobin spoke, raising his eyebrows.
"W-well i do have a valid reason. I'm busy-""Stop lying. I'm not a fool. You can't cancel the shoot. That's it." Soobin spoke sternly. Not leaving any room for argument. "But-"
"No I said. That's it. You have your next session this Saturday. And don't be late." Yeonjun went quite and pouted. "And what if I don't show up?" Soobin glared at Yeonjun and stepped closer to him, trapping him against the pillar as he leaned down to whisper in Yeonjun's ear."Then I'll come to your house and drag you from there to the studio, fox. You are not the only one who knows how to stalk." Yeonjun froze, a chill ran down his spine as he looked at soobin with wide eyes.
