Trevor noticed a note, he opens it:

Leave on your own and live
Leave with your friend and live
Or suffer a gruesome death
If you take everyone on the bus

If your "friend" stays he will die

Immediately Trevor dropped the note, he turned to Derek, who was working on the bus
"Maybe we should leave the others.."
Derek stopped
"What?"
Trevor was sweating
"I said we should... leave them.."
Derek looked shocked
"Why would you even say that?"
Trevor showed Derek the note
"This is why.."

"I'll work on it quickly."
Derek said, his voice trembled.
Trevor sighed
"I don't want to, but I don't wanna die.
Derek looked sad
"Me nether, Trevor.. me nether."
Derek looked sad, knowing what he had to do. He continued working on the bus, just upset, Trevor attempts to calm Derek down
"So, how was your day?"
Derek looked at Trevor, and chuckled
"Your seriously asking me that in the middle of this situation?"
Trevor smiled
"I wanna see you smile! You haven't done it in awhile!"
Derek sighed
"I don't think this is the right time to smile.."
Trevor put his arm around Derek's shoulder
"C'mon, Derek! Smile! Like this!"
Trevor put his fingers on his own mouth, forcing himself to smile, causing Derek to laugh
"Trevy, never change."
Trevor smiled
"Never in a million years!"
Derek smiled at Trevor, he hugged him
"Remember that I'll never harm you, ok?"
Trevor smiled
"Of course! And I'll never harm you!"
Derek started working again, suddenly the engine squirted oil on him
"Gah!"
Trevor started laughing
"That look on your face was priceless!"
Derek tackled Trevor, getting oil on him
"We're getting oiled together wether you like it or not!"
The duo laughed, Trevor nudged Derek
"And how do I explain the oil stains?"
Derek smiled
"At least you look like you were helping me!"
Trevor sighed
"Now I smell like a bus!"
Derek smiled
"How about I show you the ropes!"
Trevor smiled
"Ok!"
Derek started teaching Trevor, but Trevor seemed to not listen, he started at Derek, smiling. Derek started to get irritated
"Are you listening to me? Know what? You can sit out.. I got this."
Trevor sighed
"I love you.."
Derek looked at Trevor
"What?"
Trevor suddenly panicked
"I said I hope you as in hope you get this done before night!"
Derek smiled
"Trevy I know you, and I know you didn't mean it like that."
Trevor blushed
"Do you.. like me too?"
Derek blushed
"Trev, I'll get back to you on that.."
Trevor nodded, he felt a bit sad, suddenly Derek got happy
"Yes! Trevor, it's working! Now we have to test it!"
Derek hopped on the bus, he started it, and it worked! Trevor looked relieved, he felt bad for the others, but hey, at least he can survive with Derek!
"Ok! Can I be let in?"
Derek looked at Trevor, he sighed, he felt horrible for what was about to happen, he backed the bus up, Trevor got confused
"Derek? What are you doing?"
Derek teared up
"Trevor, I really loved you.. but you made a mistake.."

"You didn't check the back of the note."

Derek said this, then drove the bus and hit Trevor, Trevor flew into a tree branch, and his heart poked out, Trevor tried to reach for Derek, but died before he could say anything, Derek looked at the back of his note

Derek started crying as he drove the bus away, he blinked for a moment, he was 45 minutes in the drive when he started crying on the wheel, looking away for a moment. He looked up and crashed into a tree, he died instantly.
