EUNBYEOL: Zero? How can there not be even one person who will fall in love with me?
EUNBYEOL: Zero is just too harsh, you know?!
She puts the jellypop phone back in her pocket.
EUNBYEOL: Many things happened before I came to the realization that I will never be loved. And the two weeks leading up to it were the most tumultuous time in my life so far.
TWO WEEKS AGO
It was a free period so the classroom was not very quiet. Some were playing with the ball while some were sitting and chatting.
*CLICK*
SEYEON: Eunbyeol's phone is so good for selfies. I should switch to this one too.
SEYEON: Look this way Ajin
She tries to take her friend's picture while she tries to hide her face.
The photo pasted behind the phone slightly crumples.
EUNBYEOL: *GASP* Hey!!
She snatches away her phone.
EUNBYEOL: DAMMIT!! Its all crumpled!
SEYEON: Whoa, what's wrong with you all of a sudden?
EUNBYEOL: But I have a boyfriend
The photo of her with her boyfriend and sister was crumpled with a line separating her from the other two.
EUNBYEOL: No...
EUNBYEOL: Even if he isn't that kind to me
During lunch break Eunbyeol was standing near a tree watching her boyfriend flirt with some random girl.
EUNBYEOL: My boyfriend is just kind of like that
At the cafeteria, she was peacefully eating her lunch with her boyfriend when he just stands up after finishing his food and leaves without waiting for her to finish her lunch.
EUNBYEOL: But I'm not done eating yet!
EUNBYEOL: If he finishes his lunch first, he'll just pick up his tray and leave, even if his girlfriend is still eating.
TIME SKIP
*DING DONG*
TEACHER: Okay class is over. Go straight home everyone!
Eunbyeol packs up her things and scurries over to her boyfriend.
EUNBYEOL: Let's go, Euntae!
EUNTAE: But I'm going to the internet café!
He said with a grin.
EUNBYEOL: What? But you promised you'd walk home with me today!
EUNBYEOL: When I ask him to walk home together...
EUNTAE: What are you, a kid?
He pats her hair softly.
EUNBYEOL: He leaves for the internet café without even a second glance.
EUNTAE: You can walk home by yourself right? See you
He says glancing at her for the last time before leaving with his friends.
TIME SKIP [THE NEXT DAY]
It was games period and the boys were playing soccer.
EUNTAE: Hey! Pass it here"
He yells to one of the players.
EUNBYEOL: Wahh~ he's so dreamy...
Eunbyeol was lost in her thoughts when...
SOMEONE: HEY, WATCH OUT!!
The football hit straight on her head making her fall from her seat.
EUNTAE: YAH!!
EUNBYEOL: Euntae...
He shouts running towards.....the boy?
EUNTAE: You're so useless! We lost because of you!
EUNBYEOL: He's more pissed about losing a soccer game than seeing his girlfriend get hit by the ball.
EUNBYEOL: Yet I'm still stupidly in love with him.
AFTER GAMES PERIOD
EUNTAE: Here, I got one for you since you're skipping lunch for art club today.
He hands her a strawberry milk. She hugs him tightly
EUNBYEOL: Euntae, you're the best!
GIRL1: That girl has not self respect. How can she forget all of his rude behaviour after something so small?
GIRL2: Its cause she knows she's not good enough for euntae anyways.
Their voices and laughter was a bit loud making him look at them. (not euntae~)
GIRL3: No matter how much I like a guy, I wouldn't be able to stand such a relationship.
After euntae leaves for lunch, eunbyeol puts the milk on her desk and starts to stare at it happily.
"Did euntae give you this?" a random guy said grabbing the milk.
"does looking at his gift make you happy? This should've been for lunch, so why are you still saving it? He opens the milk and starts drinking it.
"if you don't want it, I'll drink it for you"
EUNBYEOL: YAH!! WHY ARE YOU DRINKING THAT! GIVE IT BACK, YOU BASTARD!
"Did you just call me a bastard?? Why you little piece of-" he raises his hand to hit her but someone grabs it before he hits her.
"yah, cheolmin. You almost whacked me" he said appearing behind the guy.
He looks at him with stern eyes "You know how many people would be devastated to see a scratch on my face? Try to be more careful"
Eunbyeol just looks at him quietly.
EUNBYEOL: I feel so uneasy around him.
EUNBYEOL: That's right, Sunghoon makes me uncomfortable.
EUNBYEOL: Sunghoon is euntae's best friend yet we've never had a proper conversation. But still whenever euntae treats me badly he always looks at me with that gaze. A gaze that's clearly telling me I look pathetic.
EUNBYEOL: Back then I didn't know, that....... I would cheat on my boyfriend with sunghoon
