Sakura was sitting on a crate in the corner watching gon help a crew member feel better

And she liked that he knew stuff about medicine she knew it would help him later on

Another time skip since my motivation is down to zero rn but I'm still writing this

"Why do you all want to be hunters?" The captain asked them

'Lady tsunade prepared me for this question.. and if I say this the right way.. let's hope I say this correctly' sakura thought while collecting her thoughts and trying to remember what tsunade said

"If you are asked the question "why did you take the hunter exam?" Tell the person "if you're to encounter a ninja what shall you do?" and if they don't know what it means then they aren't apart of the exam committee and you shouldn't tell them anything else but if they do know it then you can tell them that I sent you here and if they respond with "to run or fight back" then you may fully trust them and almost anything they say unless you know for a fact that they are wrong" tsunade said to sakura

End of flash back

They were all waiting for sakura to answer while she was thinking

"Hello! Are you gonna answer!" Someone said to her who she soon learned to be leorio

She looked up from her thoughts ignoring leorio

"if you're to encounter a ninja what shall you do?" Sakura said as a response with the three boys confused but the captain understood

"to run or fight back" the captain responded

Leaving the three boys more confused but intrigued

Sakura nods at the response "then I shall tell you why I am here.. Lady tsunade the hokage of my village sent me here to take the hunter exam she never told me why though" the captain nodded a her response

"Hey captain! There's something out there!" Gon says while pointing out towards the ship where there's a water spout (pls tell me if this is wrong I haven't watched hxh in a long time and I'm in season five so I kinda forgot.. ehe!)

(Leoiro and kurapika are already outside I'm just too lazy to write that)

"Their going to fight in the storm!?" Sakura said in shock

Gon and sakura ran outside after them and to put up the sail

But stopped when she put it down on her own with one swift pull of the ropes

Suprising those who saw then katso being katso got swept away by the winds and rocking off the boat

gon jumped out the catch katso but was too late when he caught him since he was already out in the ocean then kurapika and leorio each grabbed one of gons ankles but couldn't get them up (since they don't have much arm strength *cough* leorio *cough*)

Then sakura grabbed onto them as they were flying out and pulled them in without much trouble pulling them back onto the ship

Then after pulling them back onto the ship and they went back inside to hide from the storm

And once the storm passed they went back out outside

"Hey sakura!" Gon yelled out to her catching her attention

"Hey!" Sakura said back with a smile "Did you need something?"

Gon shakes his head "I just wanted to know how you have that much strength" gon said with a smile

"Well.. I've been training ever since I was a your age" Sakura said "and the person who trained me is a legendary person where I'm from"

Gons eyes shined with admiration as sakura spoke

"That is so cool! I want to be trained by a legendary person!"
