After Theresa and I played twenty questions, I checked my watch to see the time and realised that our first session was almost over.

Before leaving her room, I asked her, "Will it be okay if I can you Tessa? Instead of your full name?"

An emotion flickered in her eyes but it passed as quickly as it came. "Whatever you prefer," she said.

I smiled and turned around. I was turning the door knob when her next words halted me. "Will I be seeing you tomorrow?" There was a sliver of hesitancy in her voice. Or maybe I was imagining things.

I looked over my shoulder and shot her a smile. "Unfortunately no. But we'll meet again on Saturday."

She smiled in return and nodded. "Alright. Goodbye Nye."

"Take care of yourself in the meantime, Tessa."

With those words, I left her room and went back to the lobby, my head in a lot fucking better place. I thought I would most probably lose my shit while visiting patients in an asylum, especially after what happened last year. But I was so fucking wrong. Because not everybody with a mental condition wants to decapitate me.

Not everybody is like him.

Five minutes after I reached the lobby and chatted with Phoebe, Millie joined us. As we were leaving the asylum, Phoebe skirted around Millie and said, "I hope to see you here again, sweetie." And winked at her, which earned a chuckle from her and an eye-roll from me.

After we left the asylum, I dropped Millie back to her dorm and then headed straight to my apartment. Lucas is supposed to visit me today at my place around the noon to complete his assignments. According to him, the view from my fourteenth floored ceiling-to-floor window view motivates him to study and pass the subject. His words, not mine.

By the time I reached my apartment and got freshened up, it was already 2 o' clock. Knowing the fuckface will be here anytime soon, I sit my ass on the couch and continue reading Pride And Prejudice from where I read last time.

Around fifteen minutes pass by when the doorbell rings. And it keeps ringing non-stop.

"You seriously need to stop with this shit," I grunt as I open the door and face Lucas with an irritated look. He is in his regular black chromatic look; regular tee, ripped jeans and a pair of converse. His hair is disheveled, which means either he drove here right after he woke up or ducked someone before coming here. Judging him, I bet on the latter.

"Missed me, bayyy-beeee?" Lucas throws a smirk in my direction and pretends to give me a flying kiss, which earned him an eye-roll from me.

"Get in, before I slam the door on your face."

He leisurely strolls inside, putting off his shoes near the shoerack. "You love my sexy face too much to slam the door on me," he says.

I am contemplating doing what I said just to prove him wrong.
