"Dinah!" Camila whined at her best friend.

"What do you want now mila? I swear if it's about getting food then you could shut your ass up now." Dinah retorted back.

"No no, I just wanted to know if you're almost done picking out your clothes. I'm ready to buy mine." Camila said softly.

"Almost, I just need to try these shorts on. Do you think they fit me? It looks kinda small." Dinah questioned.

"They look fine! Everything looks perfect on you." Camila said with a smile.

Dinah gave her friend a small nudge with a smirk on her face.

"I'm ready then, let's go and eat something. I'm damn near starving!"

They made their way to purchase the clothes they selected for school. Dinah and Camila were starting junior year tomorrow at Riverview High and the pair couldn't be more nervous. Dinah thought it would be a good idea to shop for last minute outfits at the mall before their big day.

After they bought their merchandise, they went to the nearest froyo shop to settle down.

Dinah sat down at the end of a booth and started digging down immediately once they got their frozen yogurt.

"Slow down Dinah! You're gonna get a brain freeze or something." Camila whines while picking at her banana flavored treat.

"Oh shut up Walz, just eat and look around." Dinah said, focusing on her froyo.

Camila sighed and started looking around while taking small bites. She was extremely anxious about tomorrow. She's never been so nervous about school but something about tomorrow felt strange to her...almost scary.

Camila sighed once she caught sight of the "clique".

"What?" Dinah questioned.

She grunted once she saw who Mila was talking about.

You could call them "The Plastics" of Riverview High. The girls were obnoxious, complete bitches, selfish, and are known for being the most popular girls of the school.

Lauren, Normani, Taylor, and Ariana were their names. Camila and Dinah despised the group after they messed their friend. Ally, one of Dinah and Camila's close friends, was typically a shy girl during her 9th grade year. One day back in freshman year, the group harassed Ally in the halls and hurt her pretty bad. After the bell rang, Dinah passed by and caught sight of Ally sitting in the corner with bruises all over her face. She immediately helped her up, took her to the nurses, and vowed on her life that she'll make those bitches pay.

Of course Dinah ended up not doing anything, in fear of getting suspended. She didn't care about the fighting part since she's sure she can beat them up. It's just that Dinah's mom was extremely strict on those type of stuff and if she ever got in trouble for fighting, she'll never hear the end of it.

Ever since then, Camila and Dinah have been avoiding the group at all costs and ignored interacting with them.

Camila and Dinah continued to eat their dessert without looking at the group. They talked about their newly found outfits, what classes they'll think they might share, and other small talk.

Once they were finished, Camila was about to throw their cups away when she felt a tap on her shoulder.

Camila turned around cautiously and almost fell out of her seat when she saw who it was.

Lauren god damn Jauregui was standing there and she didn't have a clue why. Normani, Taylor, and Ariana were behind her, eyeing Camila carefully.

"Um, may I ask what you want?" Camila said slowly.
