Bionic watched Quiff, collecting his thoughts while he watched all the wounds and tendons reach out, connecting and healing themselves. Bionic felt disgusted watching that happen. He didn't really see anything other than something bloody beside Quiff, he just assumed it was a dead animal. Maybe he should go console Lynix and Kiply.

Lynix was practically hyperventilating, though he didn't want anyone hearing him in the middle of a mental breakdown. He couldn't get the image out of his head, at first, it looked like a dead animal, but as they got closer, they recognized the face, it was unmistakably Doni. Lynix almost threw up seeing the scene, Doni's guts were stuck to the bottom of his shoe now from trying to evade Quiff's attacks. The knife had only touched him twice, but both cuts went more than skin deep, his suit he wore for absolutely no reason now reeked of blood.

Hot tears streamed down his face, the world looked like a water colored painting viewed too closely from blue tear filled eyes. His friend was dead, what was there to do now? The poor guy couldn't even hear Bionic open his bedroom door.

"Lynix?" He heard, a voice flooded with concern, it startled him, he flinched at the sudden calling. He looked away, too embarrassed to respond by name now that he'd been seen, sobbing and vulnerable. He usually wasn't this emotional, he spent his days laughing and playing with friends, there was never a dull moment when Doni was there at his side.

he felt a cold, metal hand touch his shoulder. He knew that feeling very well, Bionic usually did that to comfort people. He felt strong arms pull him closer, into a hug. Lynix was careful not to get his tears onto his robotic arm as he sobbed into Bionic's shoulder, traumatized and crying.

"What happened, buddy?" Bionic asked, voice soft, as if speaking to a child, or a brother. Lynix admired him, from his determination to his humor, he was probably one of the kinder people here. All he could do was cry harder, and Bionic understood. He was always understanding and grateful. Lynix envied him, the things he did, the social norms he wished he knew, he wished he could be like Bionic in those ways. Lynix was broken down to his core, upset and jealous. He was never serious, everyone here knew it.

Lynixity is a has-been.

He's known this for a long time. Everyone here is a has-been or a misfit, he actually fits in here.

And he felt content with that.
