Announcer: the first match, four rounds of featherweight class is ready to begin! In the red corner, from Nishikawa gym, weighing in at 124 and a half pounds...... Yusuke Oda!
The people began cheering for him as he raised his arm and looked at Reiko in the crowd.
Announcer: and in the blue corner, a youngster from Kamogawa gym, weighing 124 pounds...... we have Ippo Makanouchi
Coach: go say hello to the crowd Ippo.
He then smacked his back
Ippo: uh yes sir!
Ippo then went by the Announcer
Announcer: ladies and gentlemen, this is Makanouchi's first bout!
He then went to every side and bowed to the audience. The crowd adored how kind he was as they began clapping. Miyata who was in the back in the stands then takes off his shades to see the match.
Referee: both of you, come to the center of the ring.
They then approached the center
Referee: I don't wanna see any foul play here. I'm gonna be watching for headbutting, and low blows.
Ippo:' no matter how hard you try to stare at me, I won't be intimidated. I'm through with being scared of you!'
Aoki: hey, Ippo's staring back at him!
Kimura: Ippo's sure got a lot of backbone.
Takamura: Alright boys let's really cheer him on and give him some confidence.
Aoki: go Ippo! Kill that sucker with your stare!
Kimura: yeah turn it up even higher Ippo!
Takamura: right, ya got no reason to fear! Because you and Y/n are heavyweights where it counts the most, below the belt right?!
The elephant noise then plays as Ippo gains a bewildered face
Takamura: believe me, it's the biggest thing that always wins it in the ring!
He says as he does the hand motion towards his crotch. Aikawa then blushes extremely hard when she heard this
Aikawa:' Y/n's... a heavyweight?'
She then begins to imagine it as she shrieks and puts her hands in her face embarrassed
Aikawa: why was I thinking about that just now?!
Lets go to Y/n shall we? Y/n can now be seen with his jaw wide open as the other Boxer in the room laughs
Y/n:' Mr Takamura why!!!'
We then see Ippo walking to his corner embarrassed as the crowd laughed
Ippo: it is my debut match afterall.....
Coach: hey if you win, you'll laugh about it later. If you get the chance, use a fast break. But never lower your guard!
Ippo: yes sir!
