♠︎ You've been accepted into one of the best universities in the country. Given your stellar academic performance it shouldn't have been surprising but you were still at a loss for words. Your dreams were coming true!

You make some friends that have shown that they'll be with you even after you graduate. Your bond is genuine and you never felt out of place with the new friends you've made. Which makes settling in much easier given that you're all new to the university. Able to learn and grow together at this new stage in your life.

♠︎ The classes are more than challenging, you've learned the hard way that it's important to find a balance between your studies and leisure. Some days you've had to forgo any fun activities and hangouts because you didn't put enough time into your essays. Having to pull all-nighters to keep your grades from falling. It sucked but you've never neglected your work again, so it was a lesson learned.

All of this has helped you get to where you were.

You were now in your last year of university so close to getting the rest of your credits and claiming your bachelor's degree. Though you've always believed in yourself, it feels so surreal now that you're almost at the finish line!

♠︎ But it all comes to a halt when you're introduced to Satoru Gojo. Being a prodigy himself he's always sure to get familiar with the students that stand out academically. Not for favoritism. Usually, they're feeling the pressure from their parents or on the brink of burnout. He likes to give them that push they need to keep going.

Unless it's you.

You would have thought you set his mansion on fire and sued his family with the way he was treating you. Every single encounter ends with some form of humiliation. Backhanded compliments, inappropriate feedback on your work, or picking apart your presentation before you can finish.

♠︎ It's clear to you that this sick fuck has it out for you, but everyone else adores Gojo. He's a sexy, laid-back professor that's "relatable". So it's no surprise that the other students don't mind his unprofessional behavior. Doesn't help that he's the world's best teacher to anyone that isn't you.

Gojo is always willing to push back deadlines and come up with new assignments to meet his students' needs. So long as they understood the concepts and passed the test after being accommodated, Gojo didn't care to adjust his class for them.

♠︎ Meanwhile you're getting emails stating that he thinks the papers you sent him are great stand-up material. That your essays would be a perfect remedy for insomniacs. It's like it's his life mission to make you miserable. No need to report his behavior since he's chummy with the dean. All you could do was recite the same generic motivational speech to yourself and hope you made it out.
