The original battle brawlers from the series only used five of the six attributes, Dan uses Pyrus, Marucho uses Aquaos, Runo uses Haos, Julie uses Subterra, and their unofficial member, Shun, uses Ventus. But what if they had a Darkus member before...
The scene opens, showing a beautiful park, in the city of Wardington. Here is where our story begins, as we see a bulkier kid wearing tan clothes yelling at a boy wearing all red while a smaller boy with buckteeth was trying to hype up his older brother. These three were Shuji and Akira Sato and Dan Kuso.

As the camera gets closer to the trio, one could see another boy walking up to them.
"After this, they'll call me the Darkus Master!" Shuji gloated, it seemed he was confidence that he would win this brawl... Despite being a brawler with absolutely no wins under his belt. Dan relented, agreeing to the brawl, but before they could do anything, a male voice spoke up from behind Dan. "That's funny, cause last i remembered, I was the highest ranking Darkus Brawler in the world Shuji, unless you finally got a win under your belt?" The three turn their ends and eyes to the voice. In walked in Dan's older brother, Sam Kuso, Number Seven in the world. He's a tricky brawler to beat for most people, as he utilizes tricky tactics, never letting his opponent know his next move. "Hey! You're back fr3om the tournament!" Dan yelled to his brother, who merely smiled. "Yep, won the thing, was going to show you and mom something, but mom said you went to the park, so i thought why not head out to the park myself. Needed the fresh air after being in the car the entire way back home.
Shuji audibly gulped, as he knew he made a mistake, but just as he became nervous, his cockiness returned. "They will once me and Akira whoop yours and Danny boy's butts!" Shuji challenged, with his younger brother eagerly nodding along, thinking that they would have the upper hand against the brothers. But much like Icarus, they flew to close to the sun. The Kuso brother agreed to the brawl, with a shout of "Field Open!" the brawl began.
As time slowed down, a burst of light enveloped the boys, with the scenery around them changing to a battle field, with four corners and the symbols of each attribute in the middle. The four boys then pulled out a single card each, throwing them onto the field with a cry of "Gate Card set!", when the cards landed, they glowed white and grew in size. Shuji then threw a black and purple ball to the card in front of Dan, once the ball landed, it popped open as the ground below it glowed purple.
