Adeline didn't know what to think when she found out that Bella was pregnant with a leech. She paced in her room for hours. And as far as she knew none of the pack knew. If they did, they would surlily go after Bella and the leech. But Adeline doesn't know if that's what she wants. Yes, the less bloodsuckers the better but Bella is still her sister. The baby is technically related to her as well, Adeline doesn't know what to do.

Adeline told the pack about the baby and Sam deicide to attack at night. Well, he did until some of the pack talked him out of it. Saying that the Cullen's technically didn't anything wrong, that the treaty is still good. So, Sam went to the broader and was met with Carlisle, Sam basically told Carlisle that the treaty is still good, for now. And that he was adding 'rule' so from now on there can't be any more vampire babies.

Adeline also told her dad what was happening, so everything so often Charlie would call the Cullens to see how Bella was doing, and then tell Adeline since she didn't want to call them herself. Adeline wasn't really that interested to see what was going on herself. That was vampires problems, and Adeline is not a vampire.
