𒀭 ! 𝐉ust like another 𝐖attpad community, we have published this h͟i͟r͟i͟n͟g͟ book for hiring new members. 𝗔lbeit, this hiring book also serves as a guide book to the w͟o͟r͟k͟i͟n͟g͟ of our community.
𝗔s you may have acknowledged, Meridia Coven only accepts designers. 𝐁e it a graphics designer, a theme designer or a bio designer. 𝐇owever, there are certain roles which do not r͟e͟q͟u͟i͟r͟e͟ you to be a designer to join us. 𝐘ou will get to know about those further. ⠀٫⠀ᨒ⠀⸼⠀
！⋆ 𝐀s for the roles we provide, 𝐑aven and 𝓘 have s͟c͟r͟o͟l͟l͟e͟d͟ through the basic roles any 𝓦attpad community offers and have selected hardly seven to eight roles from them which 𝓘 think would suffice and serve the management team.

ζִֶָ 𝐎ur management team involves us, the founders, admins, gds, tds, bds, m͟o͟d͟s͟, 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗲𝘄𝗲𝗿𝘀, p͟r͟o͟m͟o͟t͟e͟r͟s͟, and judges. 𝐍ow here's a little twist.
