---------------------The next day!-----------------------

Y/N called up her friend, Ella, asking her to come over and hang out. She had some things she wanted to discuss, and she missed spending time with her bestie.

Ella quickly agreed, always ready for some quality hangout time with her best friend. She was intrigued by Y/N's suggestion to meet up, suspecting that there might be something on her mind.

Y/N was glad when Ella agreed to come over, grateful for the chance to talk and spend some time with her closest friend. She tidied up the apartment a bit, making sure everything was ready for the visit.

Finally, there was a knock at the door. Buddy, her loyal canine companion, perked his ears and hurried over to greet the person waiting outside.

Y/N smiled as she heard the knock at the door, followed by the sound of Buddy enthusiastically wagging his tail. She let out a small chuckle, knowing that he was more than excited to see Ella again.

With a quick fluff of her hair and a deep breath, she made her way towards the door and opened it, revealing her best friend standing outside.

Seeing Ella standing there, a bright smile on her face, warmed Y/N's heart. She welcomed her friend with a warm hug, feeling the familiar comfort that came with their friendship.

“I'm so glad you could come over,” Y/N said, leading Ella inside the apartment. Buddy, overjoyed to see someone he recognized, playfully pranced around them, his tail wagging furiously.

Ella returned the hug heartily, feeling instantly at ease in the familiar atmosphere of Y/N's apartment. The sight of Buddy's excited antics made her chuckle as she stepped in, giving him a loving pat on the head.

"Of course! I'm always up for a hangout with my bestie," Ella replied with a smile. "So, what's going on? You sounded like there was something you wanted to talk about."

Y/N smiled at her eagerness, grateful for Ella's attentiveness. She gestured for them both to sit down on the couch in the living room.

"Yeah, there's something I've been wanting to talk about," Y/N began, a mixture of anticipation and hesitation in her voice. "It's kind of...personal. I hope you don't mind listening."

Ella nodded, sensing the seriousness in Y/N's tone. She settled down on the couch, her body instinctively turning to face her best friend, ready to lend a listening ear.

"Of course I don't mind," she reassured, her voice gentle. "We're best friends, Y/N. You can talk to me about anything, you know that."

Y/N took a deep breath, steeling herself for what she was about to reveal.

"Promise not to judge me, okay? What I'm about to say might surprise you a bit," she said, looking at her best friend with a mix of hopefulness and uncertainty in her eyes.

Ella met Y/N's gaze, a hint of intrigue in her eyes, but she nodded immediately, understanding how important this conversation was for her.

"Of course, I promise," she replied reassuringly. "Whatever you tell me, I won't judge you. I'm here for you."

Y/n started to reveal everything about Dabi, on how he's her soulmate and that he's a villain. And the problem they have.

Y/N recounted her recent encounter with Dabi, revealing the truth about their soul bond and the complicated nature of his villainous identity. She spoke of the conflicting feelings she had about their situation, her voice tinged with frustration and sadness.

"It's just so messed up," she said, her tone tinged with resignation. "He's a villain, Ella. And yet, I can't help but feel this strange connection to him because of our soul bond. It's like fate is playing a cruel joke on me."
