When Mang Pen is waking up he is on the Hospital , he forcefully try to stand but the nurse stop him "get off on me" Mang Pen continuosly speak.. wheres my daughter wher is she " stay calm Sir your not still okay" as per Nurse, No I need to go to my Daughter shouting with teary voice Mang Pen continously crying on the room. Suddenly after mang Pen being calm, some of police are there explaining what happened and ask him some question for the crime, but after hearing that terisita is dead he doesnt give any statement Mang Pen cannot belived what happened he doesnt hear anythinh on that moment, and at the moment one police came Martin a good friend of Mang Pen they being closed because the daughter of Martin are clasmate of terisita. He will be the one who help Pen to envestigate the case of terisita. A heavy week passed, while Teresita was on the hill Martin went to invite Mang Pen to the police station to identify the possible culprit in his daughter's death, Is there some familiar face to you Pen? ask by Martin , this three guy are suspicious on that they two of them are walking around on the place of the crime while one of them caught by cctv camera near on that place he go out side on the white car as what you stated he looked at the other one in fear, when he saw the third man, the worry of the people in the car suddenly came back to him, martin looked at Pen and sent the suspects out of the room, do you know any of them? Martin asked, and Mang Pen nodded and accused the third man because of the man's fear, he said who was the driver of the car that night "Carlito Marquez, the son of Mayor Marquez, hit the child" the man said in fear , are you sure? I know if you are still grieving I just want to say that there will be a hearing in your daughter's case the government will provide a public lawyer to defend you in court it won't be easy because the accused is the Mayor's own son, all I want is for you to be strong and tell everything you saw to give justice to Teresita's death and our investigation is still ongoing but unfortunately there is no cctv to show footage at the scene of the crime, I know that the Mayor is working to divert the case but we will not stop Pen" said Martin but Pen didn't say a word.The morning after the funeral, a man came to Pen's house, he was a lawyer from the municipality and they sent me according to your wish, I will stand as your lawyer in the case you filed against the Mayor's son" said the lawyer, and Pen sent him to his house,"Good morning again I'm attorney Cesar Ardante and you're a public lawyer, Mang Pen, right?" the lawyer's question and Pen just nodded to him, the lawyer looked around with a mixture of disdain at Pen's house and said "I will confess to you Sir, we will have a hard time with the case you filed against the Mayor's son, and heard I think that the Mayor also wants to make things right with you, right?
