The class was hanging out in the common room having fun with each other.

It was loud! It was bright! It was happy!

It was game night and the class was currently playing card games.  Uno, Scum, Spades, Golf, all sorts of card games were being played.

Suddenly Mina spoke up, "I've been thinking...about...that one special class we had."

"What about it?" Sero asked.

"It's just...are quirkless people really treated that bad..." She looked worried.

"They are. They're treated awful." Bakugou stated. "I wish that I was better to the quirkless person that I knew...but I wasn't and I regret it."

Midoriya was shocked that Bakugou was so open about actually having a regret.

"What if...this world isn't as...black and white as we've always been taught?" No one could tell who voiced it, but they had all been thinking it.

It was the last day of the special detective course that Dazai was teaching, and it was going to be a special day.

Dazai and Atsushi had worked hours discussing this plan after all.

As the class trickled into the room after lunch they saw that unlike usual, Dazai and Chuuya were the teachers in the room.

As the bell rang, Chuuya stepped forward.  "Today will be your last day of these special detective classes.  You've improved greatly these past few months, but today shall be your last test. As we have told you before, we are once more going to an actual crime scene for you guys to attempt at solving it as your final day."

"Now now, Chuuya~ Let's not be so dramatic!" Dazai sang.  He gestured to the door and shouted, "Okay, let's go on our field trip!"

The class talked excitedly among themselves as they exited the room and got ready to go on the field trip.

The scene this time was one of a robbery, so no one was puking this time around.

The bank was caution taped off and a large crowd stared as the class ducked under the tape and approached the detective.

It was, obviously, a different detective from the murder scene they had went to as that man had been arrested.

The woman greeted them as they approached, bowing to Dazai and Atsushi for a reason the class didn't know but quickly had to dismiss their curiosity as she stood up and began explaining the situation.

"...we suspect the culprit to be a teenage girl. We don't know much past that Sir."

The case was weird, as the thief had broken into the vault to only take one bag of cash. For how hard it would have been to break into the vault, the amount of cash wouldn't have been worth it at all.

"Well my lovely students! Off you go to solve the case!" Dazai clasped his hands happily.

And so off they went splitting into small groups to take a look at each individual area that was important to the crime.

They had found some clues.

1. Long blonde hair.

2. A small, half empty vial of blood hidden behind and in a pile of cash, seemingly accidentally dropped

3. The bank manager seemed to have a needle puncture on the back of his neck.

There were other clues too, supporting the now forming theory on who the thief was.

The question now was motive.

After fifteen minutes the students reconvened to discuss their observations.

15 minutes of talking passed and Dazai and Atsushi were off to the side playing a card game they called Surround the Crown, and it looked intense in the way that strategy games always did seem when the students saw them play one together.

Seeing that the students were ready to present their hypothesis, Chuuya stopped their game so the students could present it.

Iida, as the class president, stepped forward to share their theory. "The culprit is...Toga!"

Dazai smiled and a dark purple fog appeared in the middle of the room.

Surround the Crown is actually a card game me and my brother made together recently. It's actually really well balanced and I enjoy playing it (even tho I never win).
