For years, the Shinkenger has been protected the world from Gedoshu Clan, until to this very day. With the Shiba Incident and the Ikenami Clan's almost entirely annihilated, the Gedoshu is now once again return to the human world. And it is time for the 19th generation of Shinkenger to face them and stop their evil deeds.

The Sanzu River is the land between life and death, the place where those who cannot pass in peace resides. Those who trapped between life and death, namely the Gedoshu, are damned to live in the world between life and death against their own wish even if they wish for life or death.
Floating on the Sanzu River, it is the Rokumen Junk, the ship that is ridden by the leader of the Gedoshu. On the shore of the river, one humanoid squid like monk monster walking there and feels rejoice to see that the the ship is out of the river and floating on the water.

The ship is based on the Edo period ship, a very old ship yet it floats and always exist as long as the Gedoshu exist.

He is the right hand man of the Butcher, always the one who think things throughly and find better way for Gedoshu to live. Despite being powerful, Shitari fear death and wish to live much longer which could be the reason he become Corrupted in the first place. He speaks in an old man manner.
