The air was crisp, carrying with it the promise of a new day filled with challenges and opportunities for growth.

"Those who fail this test are not even worthy to serve as bait, failures head straight for the reclaimed lands." Commander Shadis explained to the cadets.

One by one , everyone takes a turn trying to balance in the 3D maneuver gear . Some cadets pass with flying colors while some failed miserably.

Commander Shadis stood there and observed each cadet. He watched Mikasa and was impressed by her performance.

Shadis scanned the training ground, his gaze settling on YN, who hung upside down with perfect balance, arms crossed over his chest, exuding an air of calmness amidst the chaos.

Everyone's gaze fixated on YN, their expressions mirrored a collective shock as if he had committed a heinous crime.

Their eyes widened in disbelief, some mouths agape, while others exchanged uneasy glances.

It was as though the air itself had thickened with tension, palpable and suffocating.

Meanwhile, Shadis appeared visibly agitated, his features contorted in a mix of fury and frustration.

His usual stern countenance was twisted into a scowl that could curdle milk, and his booming voice reverberated through the training ground like a clap of thunder.

"YN!! What do you think you're doing!! How did you come into this position?!"

"I also don't know 'Commander'." Said YN, causing Shadis to glare at him.

In that moment, Shadis seemed as though someone had struck at the very core of his being.

His reaction was so visceral, so extreme, that it left everyone in the vicinity feeling as though they were treading on thin ice.
