We see Y/N walking in the sunset.

Y/N: So... What now? Because we got two people looking like... This.

He points at Megumin, who was on Kazuma's back due to being tired, covered in frog mucus.

He then looks to the side, and sees Aqua in a similar state, as she holds onto his shirt like a little child.

Aqua: *crying* I stink! I stink!

Y/N: *calmly* Shut up. Just go take a bath when we reach the guild.

Megumin: The insides of a frog stink, but... It felt nice and warm.

Y/N: *calmly* Didn't need to know that, chuuni.

Megumin: Not a chuuni.

Kazuma: *to Megumin* You're banned from using explosion magic, except in emergencies. Just do your best with some other magic from now on.

Y/N: *nodding* Hmm hmm.

Megumin: I can't.

Y/N: Eh?

Megumin: I can only use explosion magic. Nothing else.

Kazuma: For real?

Megumin: For real.

Y/N: If your skills are high enough to use explosion magic, shouldn't the other magic, like air based, or fire based magic be easy for you?

We see Y/N in the past, reading a random book as he came across a magic and wizardry book.

Y/N: I remember reading that one can only perform explosion magic if they have an extremely high knowledge of air and fire magic, since explosion magic is a combination of the two.

Megumin: I am a wizard that loves explosion magic above everything else. I don't like any other magic in the detonation family.

She pulls back, choking Kazuma a bit due to having her hand around him.

Megumin: I only like explosion magic! I could of course go on adventures and use fire or air magic, like Y/N said, but that won't do! I only love explosion magic!

Y/N: ಠ⁠_⁠ಠ

Megumin: Even if I'm limited to one use per day, or if I collapse after one use, explosion magic is the only one I'll ever love!

Megumin: After all, I chose the path of Archwizard solely so I could use explosion magic!

Aqua: Wonderful! So wonderful! Inefficient though it is, I'm moved by your romantic pursuit!

Y/N: It's pointless... This party is a lost cause... -_-

Kazuma: The fact that Aqua sympathizes with her just proves it even further.

Kazuma: Based upon these two fights, I highly suspect that this goddess is useless! The only ones that can actually do anything are me and Y/N. What are we, running a daycare? I don't want any more kids running around me.

Kazuma: *smiling* I see! The path ahead will be filled with thorns, but just do your best! Once we reach the guild, let's split the reward, then when we get a chance, let's meet up somewhere,-

Megumin stops him by clinging onto him, glaring right at him.

Megumin: My only desire is to use explosion magic. I'd be fine going unpaid if need be.

Y/N was trying to shoot small bolts of electricity through Aqua's hair loop, and Aqua was too invested in watching that, as Kazuma and Megumin bickered among themselves on whether to keep Megumin in the party or not.
