XIMENA ANGELICA ROSE
"XIMENA ROSE?" The substitute teacher called out for attendance as she raised her hand up.
"Here." She replied loud enough for him to check her name off.
"So like I was saying." She turned to Jakaya who was violently chewing her bubblegum.
"He tried to tell me my standards were too high because I said I wouldn't start dating him anytime soon without getting to know his childhood trauma, weaknesses, you know?" Ximena explained, twisting her hair around her fingers.
"You're so high maintenance, that's why none of these boys ever gon get to be your boyfriend." Jakaya laughed going to blow an extremely large bubble of gum right after.
"Jakaya on my life if you don't stop blowing them damn bubbles!" Her boyfriend, Chase yelled from behind the two of them.
"Boy bye! You wasn't complaining when I was blowing bubbles on the dick!" She quickly retaliated, quiet enough for only Ximena and Chase to hear.
"Hell nah, meet me in the locker room before my game and show me again." He teased back bitting his lip as Ximena scrunched her face up in disgust.
Sometimes Ximena really wondered why her friend was so open about the things she did, but she just figured she was just too closed off to understand.
"Ew, yall are disgusting." She gagged before quickly putting in her wired headphones into her brand new IPhone 7 Plus that had just came out a few days prior.
Her father always made sure to keep her provided with whatever came out, even if it meant getting it the same day.
It was no secret that Ximena was spoiled rotten. Even when she was little, whatever she touched in a mall her father provided for her within seconds.
She quickly turned on her playlist letting PILLOWTALK by Zayn play.
She was confused how Zayn left family-friendly boy band group to being a sex symbol right after.
Listening to the lyrics, she wondered if her friend's words were right. Will anybody ever want to really date her even though her standards are through the roof?
Sure, everyone in the school knew who she was, mainly because of her brother's big reputation regarding his basketball skills and connections. On top of that damn near every girl in this school thought he was soooo attractive, even though they knew he had a girlfriend.
