Tessa Graves is a superstar actress and musician envied by all. But, behind the scenes, she lives in the quiet village of Amblewood, spends more time than enough with her three partners in crime and lives with her godmother. Everything should be right in her world. However, when her boyfriend unexpectedly dies on her birthday, she finds herself in a lonely fever dream. That is until she finds herself at the edge of a bridge where she meets a stranger determined to save her life. 

Amblewood is the latest on-set location for upcoming actor, Flynn Haywood. However, the 'movie star' life isn't what it seems. Unable to leave the audition room without feeling discouraged about his little-known name, Flynn decides this is his last acting gig. But, whilst on a break from filming, he wanders towards the Bramble Bridge for some air. There, he instinctively intervenes upon finding a young woman contemplating jumping off.

Flynn and Tessa's worlds collide as they embark on a scandalous romance in the spotlight met with contention from the public and close friends alike. However, more forces are pushing them apart than those within their circle. With Tessa navigating the ghosts of her past and Flynn struggling with his newfound fame, things are only made worse when Tessa's friends welcome Alex Windlow into their group.

As their supposed perfect romance crumbles, Flynn and Tessa must decide what they want before someone gets hurt.
