My friend

It's my friend, the only one that will last

It's there when no one else is.

It helps me forget about the pain I feel inside

It's silver and cool, sharp till the end

As it touches my skin, glides across my thighs

Little droplets of red liquid trickle out

The more it glides, the more I forget

I soon feel dizzy, very tired as well.

This is the part where it goes black

And I forget everything for a while

My name, my childhood memories, my family

It's just the darkness

This is where I belong

The darkness.
