This story would follow the who entire plot of the story while adding Kai.
I always planned on Kai dying for Moriarty and this leaving Moriarty sad. But sikkkkkeeeeee Kai is a con artist of course he was going to fake his death. They meet after Moriartys jump for suicide and create havoc in America. Heheheh
