Valerie Romano is a singer and songwriter. She has been playing piano and guitar since the age of 7 and has been writing songs since the age of 14. She is known for her unique blending of various genres, most commonly pop, rock, and indie.

She has only ever written one love song, "Close To You," which first appeared as a snippet on her Instagram when she was 18 but has not been released. She has sang it live only during her first headlining tour. Fans have wondered since who it is about.

She has an older brother named Vincenzo. Her father is from Italy, while her mother was born and raised in Spain. They have 2 dogs named Artemis and Apollo.

Her childhood best friend is model Liliana Conti who is also engaged to Romano's brother, Vincenzo. Romano has been romantically linked with numerous people, her most recent and longest relationship lasting 2 years with Jaxon Carter which ended in mid 2022. She hasn't dated anyone since.
