𝗦𝗘𝗘 𝗬𝗢𝗨 𝗔𝗚𝗔𝗜𝗡 , 𝗃𝖺𝗒𝖽𝖾𝗇 𝖼𝖺𝗆𝗉𝖻𝖾𝗅𝗅

★﹒𝗹𝗲𝗳𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘁 ⌗

THE HEAT FROM THE GOLD COAST HITS KIRRA LIKE A TRUCK. Sure, New Zealand had it's own fair share of unbearable warmth that tended to suffocate those who stepped in it but the heat from the Goldie was none like any other she'd experienced. As she entered the terminal, her eyes instantly land on her jumping blonde cousins who have the biggest smiles on their faces. "Welcome back, Keer!" Michelle squeals as she wraps her arms around her cousin, engulfing her in a warm and welcoming hug. Kieran stands behind her with a bouquet of alstroemerias alongside a poster with the big bold words 'WELCOME KIRRA' written across the white paper. 

The notion alone is enough to make tears well up in her eyes as she departs from the hug, laughing at the childhood photos of her plastered all across her name. "You guys are too much." she says with a sniffle, hugging her much older and taller cousin, Kieran. "Never too much for the fam, Keers." the titans five-eighth says with a hearty chuckle which only makes the brunette girl tear up more. She'd forgotten how much she missed her blonde cousins who used to live just down the street. Finally pulling herself together, they help her with the billions of bags she bought before making their way to Kieran's car. 

"Far out, I'm starving." Kirra says whilst heaving a heavy sigh, having avoided all types of food out of fear that she'd throw up on the plane. She never really did like flying. "Yeah? What do you wanna eat?" Her oldest cousin asks, turning to glance at her before refocusing on the road. "Is your fellas KFC good?" Michelle inserts herself between the small gap of the passenger and driver seat. "Is it good?! In my opinion, it's the best. Way better than New Zealand, anyway." She says with a slight scoff, taking a jab at how greasy and gross the American franchise is at her mother land. "Really? Are we allowed to eat that then?" Kieran and Michelle break out into laughter, Kieran going so far as to wipe a tear from his cheek. "Oh Keers, there's no need to be so shy! We can eat whatever makes you happy, aye?"

Kirra felt like she shrunk into her seat, hiding her face behind her hands. There was no need for her to be treated as though she was a princess! Yet here they were, spoiling her like it was normal behaviour. "We don't have to go and eat there. I was just asking because I heard it was really good." Kieran rolls his eyes, turning into the KFC just off the motorway. "Its fine. Me and Shelly were talking about grabbing some on the way here anyways." A white lie but that never hurt anybody.

Just a little while after, the trio were able to eat, Kirra's mouth quite literally watering at the mere sight of the slider. "Thanks so much, K." The youngest out of the three says before chowing down on the chicken patty burger. They all sit in silence with soft music playing from Kieran's JBL speaker in the backseat, the only other sound being their mouths chewing.

The Titans boys all sat huddled in a circle, discussing the team plays that would be happening in their game against the Canberra Raiders in the exciting Friday Footy clash. Jayden's eyes strayed away from the white board and took note of the players that were in attendance,  picking up on how one of their veteran players were missing. "Where's Foz?" He whispered to Tino who furrowed his brows before also scoping out the circle. "I don't know. I think I heard him talk to coach about that on Monday." Jayden kisses his teeth, glancing down at his phone and opening the app Instagram. He scrolls, Coach's words going in one ear and out the other. However, something catches his attention.

A user by the name mickyforannn ( who he's pretty sure is Kieran's little sister ) had featured a mysterious girl in her story.

Keerswahz? Even the nickname doesn't ring a bell for the young gun. He continues to study the photo, trying to ignore how stunningly beautiful the girl holding the child is. Squinting at his screen he then realises that the baby being coddled was Joseph, Kieran's youngest. His thumb hovers above the girls user name, unsure about what he was even trying to find out. Pushing all doubts aside, he clicks on the user anyways and isn't shocked when he's presented with various photos of the girl. He clicks on her story seeing a photo of just her and Michelle.
