'come over?'
Aiden read the message contemplating how to reply. He wanted to say yes but knew his dad wouldnt, he glanced at the window towards ashlyns house. he could climb through the window as long he was careful not to fall.
he text back saying yes and quickly put on a jacket and sent a message to ben reading 'gon ashlyns dont tell dad.'
he clambered through the window clutching to the drainage pipe and attempting to grab to the tree beside the house. key word attempt. he failed. he slipped and died. jk. he slightly fell a couple feet scratching his knee on a branch but soon sturdied himself and carefully climbed down the rest of the way.
he ran across the street unsure weather to knock or climb threw her window. he thought for a minute. what if ashlyns parents answered- they were scary.
the window it is.
it was alot easier this time since there was a porch roof next to ashes window. tap tap tap. he watched as she drew the curtains and stared back at him confused. aiden awkwardly smiled and gestured to window for her to unlock it considering it was raining and he was getting drenched.
Ash quickly opened the window and helped him in.
ash-"you coulda came through the front door yknow"
aiden-"i know but your parents scare me"
ash-"fair enough"
aiden-"sooo-
he stood there awkwardly still dripping wet and confused what he was ment to do.
ash-"oh right, im pretty sure i have one of ur hoodies here."
aiden- "thanks, umm can you like turn away for a sec?"
ash- "oh yeah"
he quickly pulled his wet shirt off and threw on the red hoodie with a smiley face slapped in the middle.
aiden- "done, soo what dyou wanna do?"
truth is, ash didn't plan anything she just wanted to be with Aiden. she quickly thought of something.
Ash- "wanna watch a movie?"
Aiden-"sure"
Ash switched on her mini tv for dvd's while aiden looked through movies.

Aiden- "OMG YOU HAVE THE LABYRINTH ON DVD !"
Ashlyn-"yep, wanna watch it?"
Aiden-"OF COURSE I DO ITS LIKE ONE OF THE BEST MOVIES EVER!"
long story short Aiden quoted the worm part of by heart and sang along to the what kinda magic part.
Aiden- "man i wish i had a Ludo"
Ashlyn- "you have a ben, thats close enough"
it had gotten alot darker outside and Aiden checked his phone he saw a message from ben.
bench- ok i told ur dad ur asleep and he bought it.
ooh are you gunna confess ur undinying love to ash?
Aid- what no, who told you?!
bench- its pretty obvious dude- anyway did you?
Aid- no we just watched the labyrinth
bench- i feel bad ashlyn had to go through that.
Aid- shudup
ashlyn-"who you messagin?"
aiden-"no one"
ashlyn-"righht- um.. its gettin kinda late"
aiden-"yeah dyou want me to go"
ashlyn-"no i was actually gunna ask if you wanted to stay over?"
she sat awkwardly for a moment waiting for a response.
aiden-"yeah sure- but whatta bout your parents?"
ashlyn-"theyll be fine with it- ima get some more blankets cuz its freezing"
aiden nodded while his mind wandered. should he tell her? what it she didnt like him that way? it could ruin their friendship. she would probably hate him if she found out about his you know what.
then she came back.
ashlyn-"you good aid?"
aiden-" what um yeah"
ashlyn chucked the spare blankets at Aiden and leapt onto the bed next to him. they watched lego ninjago for a couple hours while Ashlyn fell asleep on Aidens shoulder. At first he was tense but soon settled into it also falling asleep.
