I couldn't believe who it was! No wonder the guys started to scream! As soon as I saw Austin I ran straight for him and tackled him in a hug. Then the boys decided to join in and it was a big group hug. That's when Mom finally got home from work and she started laughing so hard she couldn't breath because she loves seeing us be goofy and happy.

She loves the whole team as if they were her own sons. I think that's why everyone hangs out at our house because some of them don't come from great homes and need a caring mother. Most of us have been playing together for most of our lives since little league in some sports so they knew to treat her like she was their actual mom.

She is the greatest thing in my life because even though she only has one daughter she has never complained about how I'm very 'tomboyish' like my grandma. Even when she was going threw the divorce she was at every game and practice for me and the guys.

After we finally got off of Austin, he was able to give mom a hug.

"Did you know he was coming?" I asked because she didn't seemed as surprised as me.

"Of course I knew he was coming, I know everything remember." said Mom with her very sassy attitude that I got from her.

I dragged Austin to the game room as fast as possible with everyone else in tow trying to keep up. I pushed Austin into his favorite chair. At our house we all had a favorite chair. For me it's the blue bean bag chair. No one dares to sit in it because it will always be mind just like I wouldn't want to sit in any of the guys spots. Dustin, Dakota, and Jay like the couch. Lane is in the purple bean bag next to me and Carson takes the yellow one on the other side of me. Jacob and Caleb just sit in front of the couch with pillows. Aaron will just lay in bed in the back of the room until it's his turn to play a game. Hunter always sits in the rolly chair and rolls around until it annoys the crap out of one of us and we'll yell at him to stop but today he just rolls in front of Austin ready to hear him talk.

The thing about Austin is he's a tall dude and when he talked people listened he played both basketball and football in high school. He was a senior when some of us were freshman and sophomores so we all looked up to him.

"So big brother not that I don't want you in town but why are you here? You still have more than half a year left until you graduate. I figured you wouldn't come home again until you graduated." I asked as we get settled in  our favorite spots.

"Well I just left Coach Hannah's house to talk to him about a job offer and.." he didn't get to finish before I leaped from my beanbag into his lap. I knew coach had already said yes because everyone in our family has played for him and he loves Austin the most out of all of us. There was no way Austin was going to go anywhere else to coach football.

"As I was saying," I didn't even bother getting out of his lap for the good news that was about to come. "Coach will let me start next year since I'm graduating early..."

"Wait! Sorry for interrupting again but since you're graduating earlier that means you'll be home early?? I swear Austin you better not be playing a joke on us!" He's played a few jokes on us like this before and I miss him so much I don't want this one to be a joke.
