Continue to delete
When they don't match your standards
Even when it looks like
You'll be alone.
Continue the 75 day plan
No Matter What.
Don't be afraid to reach out
If they were doing well
And it aligns with your timeline.
Tell your friends and mentors
When you're tempted and want to go back
To FWB.
Cuz we're not going back.
We're not lowering our standards.
No matter how alone we are
Because we never are truly alone
