Chapter 7: Oshiro Hayato & Hina, The Ace of Hearts

"Hayato! Hina! Wake up now or you're going to be late for school!"

Their mother called. The two children awakens and walked downstairs, half asleep. Oshiro Hina is a stubborn elder sister and Oshiro Hayato is an intelligent younger brother. The siblings rarely fight unlike others and they happen to sleep on the same bed.

Both did good on their grades but Hina isn't THAT good as Hayato. Hina may be stubborn but cares a whole lot for her beloved younger brother and Hayato had skipped a grade, causing him to be in the same class as his beloved elder sister, Hina.

"Bye Mom!"

Both the siblings said to their mother in union. Similar to twins, they're look alike and care for each other except they don't act the same and aren't really twins.

The siblings got on the bus and sat beside each other. The siblings waved to their mother as they left and turned around to begin chatting with their friends. Of course, Hina had more friends than Hayato but both consider them as many.

Once in class, the siblings would sit properly and wait for their teacher like little angels but Hina couldn't resist and decided to talk to her friends instead.

"Say, Hina, tomorrow can you and Hayato help me with my studies?"

One of Hina's friends asks. Hina gave a lazy look and turns her head to face Hayato. Hayato gave a deep sigh and said a Yes. Hina's friend smiled and skipped away.

"Ugh, this time, listen when we study tomorrow, ok?"

"Ok!"

Hayato is quite smart and of course, he would be happy to help but the problem was Hina who would always get distracted on something so easily during studying. Hayato does care for her but there are still times when the siblings didn't quite get along.

"Oh, class is about to start!"

Hina said and she began fixing her things. The same goes for her younger brother who would always finish before her even though, she's always first and he would go second.

When class starts, they would greet their teacher and sit down when their teacher tells them to and she would always just sit there and daydream while the teacher teaches them while he would pay attention and poke his sister to listen or wake up since he sits behind her.

There are times when Hina, accidentally, falls asleep and the teacher would call her to answer the question and Hayato would save her by simply telling her but would get busted or would go well.

Soon after 2 periods are done, the bell would ring and it's recess time, one of her favorite subjects in school. The siblings would eat together along with some of their friends who aren't busy. Sometimes, Hina would forget about a certain homework and will, for sure, ask her brother if she could copy his.

He isn't disappointed of her since all the assignments she forgets are always coming from Minor subjects, meaning that she doesn't forget the Major subjects. Minutes later, recess is done and everyone goes back to their respective classrooms and wait for their next teacher.

The same goes for lunch time but sometimes they line up then go up to their classroom once the teacher is with them and/or tells them to. And when they're in the classrooms after lunch time, Hina would often sleep on the first class after lunch and as the result, she'd be punished.

So, skipping every single class, recess and lunch, it's dismissal time. Hayato would always wait for Hina then they'd wait for the bus to go home together.
