TW: BLOOD!!

An alarm clock rang beside a gray-blanketed bed.

A hand punched the clock, knocking it off its stand.

A black-haired boy arose from his bed. He rubbed his eyes and yawned.

It was another day full of crime around the city.

Perfect enough to stop some robbery or to make some reports on some recent cases.

Bradley Copper, put his slippers on and changed clothes. The cop then walked downstairs, where he prepared his usual breakfast: a sip of coffee and a bowl of cereal.

He hadn't been eating much after an incident that happened a few months back.

After getting his daily meal to start the day, Bradley headed towards the bathroom. He brushed his teeth and gurgled the water, he then spit it out.

Bradley put his shoes on and got into his car as he made his way to the Police Station.

The cop got into his office, signing paperwork of recent, old, and outdated cases. He then heard a knock at the door.

"Come in!" Bradley yelled.

"Hey.. uh, Brad? Mind talking to you?"

It was his brother, Grayson, who had appeared by the doorway.

"Yeah sure, but make it quick. These papers aren't prepared themselves."

"Uhh.. right." Grayson replied as he quickly shut the door, making Bradley raise a brow.

"Soo.."

"So??.. Just cut to the chase already!"

"Okay! So.. you know about the incident that happened a few months ago? The one with.. Benny?"

Bradley immediately froze.

The incident that happened with Benny broke the team apart. They haven't been talking a lot, nor have they been in contact.

"Grayson—"

"I know! I know!"

"How many times have I repeated myself? We are NOT talking about that."

"Bradley—"

"Get out."

"Bradley!—"

"I said get out!"

His brother froze. He frowned sadly as he walked away, opened the door, then shut it.

Bradley sighed as he looked down at his papers.

He remembered the night that it happened.

Bradley was in his office that night, he stayed overtime to get some cases done. As he looked through the clues with his magnifying glass, he had gotten a call from the telephone.

He set the magnifying glass down as he answered the phone.

"Hello?" He asked.
