Dahyun glanced around and finally groaned in frustration, "I can't believe we're doing this."
‎ ‎ ‎

All the girls can't even say anything to o they would like to scream a curse word or two at him. What Zayn did is absolutely not wrong. He did the right thing. What he did, definitely has something sparked inside the girls' heart.

Never have they ever thought that one day, they'll get their hearts melted over some foreigner that happened to be their manager.

"Dongjun told me what happened." Jiyoung texted Jihyo while the others focus on the text.

"Yes, and what did you say to him?"

"I can't say much. You know that. He said he is still reconsidering whether to eliminate Zayn or let him have his one week suspension. And by the way he said it, I don't think he'll go for the latter."

"Do something about it! You claimed to have known Zayn for years and he is just like a your own child. Are you just going to see him being treated like that?"

"I hate to admit this, but, he did a very good job handling this event. And it is only the first one. We like him and we want him back."

"Jihyo..."

"Listen here, Jiyoung. If you're not doing anything about it, then we will. And you know we're always dead serious."

Jihto ended the text immediately. Just when she though Dongjun is getting on her nerves, Jiyoung just had to add on her frustration.

Jeongyeon broke the eerie silence between them in the living room, "What are we going to do, exactly?"

"Right. Jihyo, there's nothing we can do. No one can tell Dongjun off." Sana added.

"Dongjun also wanted us to stop bullying newbies, right? How come can we finally have it normalised and not getting into trouble?" Jihyo let them guess.

Again, silence consumed them.

Until Mina speaks, "Protesting? Ignoring?"

"Exactly." Jihyo cheered slowly. "We're just going to go over Dongjun, disobey him, whatever we can do. Don't tell me you guys want a new manager after Zayn."

With that being said, the girls wholeheartedly admitted that they have accepted Zayn in their life and is looking forward to work with him in the future. They don't want to lose a such good opportunity of a friendship with this man.

...

Days and days went by. And messages by messages were sent to Zayn but none of it were replied.

Jiyoung told them that about Dongjun's decision on finalising Zayn's service as TWICE manager.

"He is still not replying!" Chaeyoung grunted.

Nayeon is so over texting nicely to Zayn. Using these sweet, honey-like words ain't working for him. She snatched the phone away and immediately texted him.

"Don't tell us that you're sulking with us, as if we were the reason it ever happened." Nayeon texted and as expected, they received a reply quite immediately.

"I'm not sulking!"

He replied but that's about it.  Nothing more.

"Great! Our dorm's water pipe burst and we'll be drowning very soon. As a manager, I'm pretty sure you have to be very responsible about this." Nayeon texted again.

"You dorm's well-being is not my responsible. And to remind you again, I'm on suspension and will definitely get fired. So, please leave me alone and call a plumber instead."

"Zayn, I'm not even joking. I'll trace your number to your house and bang on the front door as soon as this evening." Nayeon threatened.

Next, she gave their dorm's address, whether he likes it or not.

"Be here, tomorrow, eight o'clock in the evening, sharp. Try play with me and I swear I'll find you even in the tiniest mouse hole."

Nayeon tilted up in satisfaction once she sent the last message. Everyone were gapping at her and how brutal her texts were.

"Why are we lying about water pipe bursting? We could've asked nicely, you know?" Tzuyu questioned with a frown on her delicate face.
