The next morning Ashton woke up soaked, the Goodnites did their job and there was only a little wet spot on his sheets. Much to his dismay his Sister proudly announced that she woke up dry. Over the next week Ashton woke up every morning wet, while his Sister only wet three times. Ashton asked about getting boy Goodnites but his Mom said she didn't have the money and was too busy to deal with it. Ashton didn't hold it against her, she had been very busy and stressed out making preparations for their move to Florida, which included hiring a moving van to drive their belongings from her container unit. Then if things were complicated enough her car died.

On the last day of school Lori sat down with her children and made another announcement. "We can't afford another car, and we won't need one in Florida anyway. Your Aunt has bought us all tickets so we're going to fly to Florida," Lori explained. Ella clapped excitedly but Ashton frowned.

"Fly?" he asked, obviously scared.

"It's perfectly safe," Lori said.

"Yeah it's safer than driving," Ella chimed in but Ashton wasn't convinced. Lori gave them directions, they could each bring a suitcase, and she would bring two. Most of the furniture stayed in the apartment and a friend from work helped Lori move everything they couldn't pack back to her storage unit, including 3 cases of Goodnites. Lori shoved one pack into her suitcase.

On the morning of their flight while Ashton and Ella were finishing their last breakfast in Texas Lori handed each of them a Goodnite. Put these on before you go. I packed you enough to last until our moving truck gets to Florida.

"Mom! Are you kidding?" Ella yelled.

"No honey I'm not," Lori said.

"Why?" Ashton asked.

"Have you both forgotten that you are bedwetters?" Lori said.

"No, but we're going on a flight not to bed?" Lori replied.

"Look, you're both wetting the bed almost every night, and neither one of you can hold it for very long on car rides." Lori said.

"Won't there be a bathroom on the plane?" Ashton asked.

"Probably but it's not a big flight, so who knows, anyway it doesn't matter, I'll be checking both of you before we leave, don't make me put them on you," Lori said and both Ella and Ashton knew there was no getting out of it. They got ready and both put on their protection before Lori's work friend arrived to drive them to the airport.

Even though it wasn't a major international airport the place seemed huge and the kids were both nervous having never flown before, though Ashton was way more nervous than his sister. Waiting in the security check they met JoAnne and her daughter Stacey. Lori and JoAnne hit it off and by the time the security check was finished they were friends. Stacey was 9 years old and a big fan of pokemon so her and Ashton became quick friends. Once they boarded Lori took Stacey's seat so Stacey could sit with her two new friends and Lori could talk with JoAnne about Florida.

As the plane took off Ashton held hands with Stacey on his right and Ella on his left, once they were up and leveled out most of Ashton's fear was gone, but he got butterflies in his stomach of a different kind. He was really starting to crush on Stacey, they had so much in common and she was being so nice to him. "I wish my hair was as nice as yours," Stacey said. Ashton blushed and said thanks, he liked having long hair. "I know, let's braid it." Stacey said.

"Oh no way," Ashton said but he lost out and got his hair braided. After they ran out of things to talk about they both drifted to sleep. Ashton woke up cuddled in his seat and felt the familiar warmth of his wet Goodnite. They are never going to let me live this down, he thought. He realized that he needed to poop and walked back to the bathroom. "Out of Order," a sign was hanging on the door.

Ashton wasn't sure what to do, his Mom was closer to the front of the plane, and he didn't want to make a big deal out of it so he went back to his seat and didn't even tell his Sister or his new friend that he couldn't use the bathroom. The flight had about an hour left and soon the pressure was more than Ashton could take, he gambled that he could let out a little fart and lost the bet. He felt a mess gush out of his bottom and slide up the seat of his goodnite.

"Did you just fart?" Ella asked.

"Yeah, um sorry," Ashton said. The Goodnite contained most of the mess and blunted the smell but 5 minutes later it was obvious someone had an accident. The people in front were looking around for the source of the stink and their eyes settled on the kids in row behind them, but no one said anything.

"Have you pooped your pants?" Ella whispered.

"No, Ashton lied," not believing her brother Ella pushed him forward a bit and checked behind him.

"Jeez," she said when she noticed the back of his T-shirt was stained brown. Stacey noticed and was clearly embarrassed. Ashton was fighting back tears.

Eventually Stacey took Ashton's hand and whispered, "It's no big deal, accidents happen. People probably think it's that baby over there."

Then in a rare show of sibling love Ella leaned over and said, "Yeah it's not that bad, stay between us when we get off the plane and no one will notice. The three sat in silence and 30 minutes later the plane landed. Ella and Stacey stayed close to Ashton as they walked off the plane without incident, though they did overhear someone joking that someone needed a change. The three joined their Moms and walked to the luggage area.

"Wow, nice braids," Lori said and giggled at her son's very girly hair style.

"Sorry, we kind of forced him," Stacey said.

"Umm, did someone have an accident, JoAnn asked when she caught a wif. The girls just looked down and Ashton raised his hand.

"Ashton? Well thank God you were wearing a Goodnite." Lori said.

"Mom!" Ashton whined.

"Not now Ash," Lori said and started looking around for the bathroom, while everyone was looking around Stacey got close to Ashton and whispered, "I wear Goodnites too," and smiled. Ashton smiled and felt like he had made a deep connection with his new friend.

"Well your T-shirt and shorts are stained, we're going to have to get you in some new clothes," Lori said. Stacey and her Mom found their luggage first. JoAnn and Lori giggled at the travel mishap and exchanged phone numbers. The two were staying in Florida for the summer with JoAnne's Mom not far away and they promised to meet up again.

"Maybe I'll see you guys again," Stacey said and gave Ella a hug, then almost gave Ashton a hug before stopping. "I'll give you a hug next time, " she said and everyone giggled, except for Ashton who was red as a beet. Lori collected their luggage, but 10 minutes later Ashton's bag was nowhere to be seen. After talking to some people she found out it got on the wrong plane and they could pick it up in a few days.

"OK, Ella give me your suitcase," Lori said. Both kids protested but their Mother ignored their complaints and rushed Ashton to the family restroom and locked the door behind her. She stripped off Ashton's poopy clothes, both were light in color and likely permanently stained so she dropped them in the trash. The restroom featured an oversized changing table built into the wall and Ashton needed help getting up on it. "I guess I'll pack a diaper bag next time we travel," Lori said half as a joke and half annoyed as she used damp paper towels to clean Ashton's messy bottom. Eventually she slid a new Goodnite up his legs and told him to lift his bottom.

"Another Goodnite?" Ashton asked.

"I doubt your Sister would appreciate you wearing her panties, plus better safe than sorry," Lori joked. She helped Ashton off the table and he couldn't help but look at himself in the mirror standing there in a Cinderella Goodnite. "Geeze your Sister didn't bring a single plain T-shirt or shorts," Lori said as looked through the bag. She eventually dressed Ashton in a pair of Shortalls and pale blue top with short ruffled sleeves. On his Sister those shortalls would be a bit tight and show more leg but on Ashton's smaller frame they looked more childish.

"I can't go out in this," Ashton said.

"I'm sorry honey, but you look fine, no one will pay you any attention. Honestly you look cuter in your Sister's clothes, she'll be jealous," Lori said. Ashton took a long look at himself in the mirror, and did see a cute girl, the thought of making his Sister jealous appealed to him.

"OK lets go," he said.
