"So looks like we're stuck here then."

Harry and Evelina find tables at the very back of the library and take a seat next to each other. Evelina pulls the Transfiguration book out her bag along with a piece of parchment and a quill. Transfiguration wasn't a subject that came easy to Evelina.

"So what are you studying?" She held up the Transfiguration book with a look of disappointment. "You know I can help I'm good at that one."
"Really? You'd help me?" He nodded.
"Yeah of course." She squealed and leaned in, giving Harry a hug.

They both blushed and she immediately starts apologising. "I'm so sorry. I shouldn't have."
"It's okay. It was nice." Harry gave a reassuring smile which instantly calmed Evelina's nerves. She breathed a sigh of relief and gave Harry a quick smile back. "So what is it you're struggling with?" Harry asked leaning closer to her, so close she could feel his breathe on her cheek. "Just all of it." She sighed.
"Well best get started then."

After hours and hours of Harry helping Evelina they packed up their things. "Thank you so much for all your help Harry." He nodded.
"Not a problem." She smiled and they continued to walk to the door. Harry reached out and opened the door. Well tried to open the door. He turned to Evelina. "It's locked." She started to panic. "If my dad finds out I was here with you he's gonna kill me." He knew her dad hated him so he didn't bother asking about it instead he embraced her in a hug.

After a few minutes her breathing slowed back to normal. "Thanks Harry." She mumbled into his chest. They broke away. "So looks like we're stuck here then."

"Yeah I'm sorry." Harry apologised blaming himself for taking so long to explain things. "Harry it's okay it's not your fault." She gave him a smile and grabbed his hand. "Come on we best find somewhere comfy. I know just the spot." Evelina led Harry over to the restricted section she'd been there a couple times to hide from her dad so she knew it had a couch.

"Lina this is the restricted section." She turned to him. "Lina?" He blushed.
"Yeah I thought it would be a nice nickname I'm sorry." She smiled at him. He was really cute when he stammered like that. "Don't be sorry. I love it." She really did love it. Nobody ever made a nickname out of her name before. She and Harry walked into the restricted section. Harry gasped when he saw a couch sitting at the end.

"How did you know this was here?" He asked walking over to sit on the couch, sinking into the soft cushions. Evelina took a seat next to him. "I used to come here to hide from my dad." She sighed. "Your dad can be pretty scary." He agreed. Evelina yawned tired from working all day. She tried to lat as much as she could on the couch but it wasn't big enough for her and Harry.

"Lina come lay here." Harry said patting his lap. Evelina hesitated at first but lay her head in his lap anyway. "Are you going to be comfy like that?" She asked him.
"Don't worry about me. Get some sleep, Lina." He replied his hands playing with her hair. "Goodnight Harry." She whispered.
"Goodnight Lina."

Harry's eyes fluttered open and a smile made its way to his face as he remembered the events of last night. Evelina was not as bad as his father said. He wondered how she ever made it into Slytherin. She was so kind unlike every other Slytherin he'd met. He stroked Evelina's arm. "Lina wake up." She rubbed her eyes and looked at Harry with a hazy smile. "Did you get any sleep last night?" She asked and Harry nodded.
"A little. We better get going." Evelina didn't want this moment to end but she knew he was right.

She arose from the couch and extended her hand for Harry to grab. He smiled and took the offer. They walked hand in hand out the restricted section and navigated their way through the shelf's. The doors to the library were open. Evelina and Harry take the opportunity and sneak out. They walk down the halls still hand in hand.

"I should get going." Evelina said as they reached the stairs leading down to the Slytherin common room. Harry nodded. Evelina sighed deeply letting go of Harry's hand. She turned to walk down the stairs then glanced back at Harry. "I had fun yesterday."
"Me too Lina. I really hope we can do it again." She smiled. "I'd really like that Harry." She said before turning again and walking down the stairs with a bright smile on her face. Harry wasn't as bad as her father had said. He wasn't bad at all and Evelina couldn't wait to get to know him more.

"Evelina Snape." She heard her father's stern voice as she walked into the common room. She was in deep shit now. "Hello father." She said calmly. "Don't hello father me. I had Dumbedore at 12 at night saying Parkinson was worried you hadn't come back yet."

"Yeah about that. I lost track of time in the library and got trapped there." She explained trying to calm her father. A sigh of relief escaped his mouth when he realised she had been fine. The only thing he never knew and never will was that she was stuck with Harry Potter. And she loved every minute of it.
