Chapter 33

The next day, Minho and Jisung took the day off. It was clear the both of them needed a break, which meant only one thing:

A date.

They had decided they wanted to go to an amusement park, since it was a long time ago when they had been to one.

"You ready?" Jisung asked Minho, who was putting his jacket on.

"Yeah, I just need to get my bag and then we can go." He replied.

"Okay!! Take your time, we'll spend however long we want there." Jisung said, before going to wear his shoes at the door of his house.

Once the two were ready, Jisung locked the door while Minho started the car, waiting for Jisung to come sit.

Jisung knew that Minho was still sensitive about yesterday's events, so he needed to distract him from his mind taking over.

"Minho baby~ you look so good in that outfit~" Jisung said, kissing his cheek as he put on his seatbelt. Minho blushed, smiling at him as they drove off the driveway.

On the way, they played their favourite songs together, singing along with each other. It was as if nothing had happened. Jisung held onto Minho's free hand the entire way, kissing it occasionally when they had stopped at a red light.

"I love you..." Jisung whispered quietly, but loud enough for Minho to hear him. Minho's heart skipped a beat, driving through the main entrance of the amusement park.

As Minho parked into the parking lot, Jisung could see that the place was crowded as fuck.

Not good for someone with agoraphobia, is it?

Minho could immediately sense something was wrong, looking over at Jisung after he turned off the engine.

Scanning the surroundings, Minho knew it was the crowded place.

"Come on baby, let's go this way." Minho said, reassuring Jisung as they got out the car. The two held hands as they walked round the back, where it was less crowded, before finally arriving at the entrance of the amusement park.

The place was fucking huge.

Like, how else could they describe it? Just massive. And big. Massive again. You get the idea.

Jisung immediately ran into the gates after seeing a ride he wanted to go on, dragging Minho with him. Minho followed him, where they headed towards a ride that flew up and water sprayed under their feet.

Minho, being scared of heights, was hesitant the entire time they were in the queue, clutching Jisung's hand tightly as they got closer and closer to the front.

Eventually, it was their go, and Jisung pulled Minho excitedly onto the ride, before noticing his expression.

"Hey, you okay? We don't have to go on this ride if you don't want to." He said, looking at Minho.

Minho didn't want to make him feel disappointed, so he just shook his head and smiled, agreeing to go on the ride. Jisung smiled back, his wide gummy smile making Minho blush as they sat back comfortably together, holding onto the bar that the staff was adjusting.

Once the ride started, Minho felt the urge to scream as the seat went higher up into the air, but he stifled it by looking at Jisung's happy smile. He couldn't help but smile along with him, despite the horrendous feeling that was going through Minho's body, as the ride continued.

On the other hand, Jisung was having the time of his life. His arms were in the air as he shouted and whooped, as if he was cheering the ride on. He deliberately put his feet in the water underneath them, splashing Minho in the process.

Minho saw this, and began splashing him back, distracting himself from the fact that they were so high up.

Once the ride came to an end, the pair were drenched.

Minh quickly took off his jacket, walking over to the dryer machine next to the ride, that was there for obvious reasons.

"It's only been the first ride and we're already so wet..." Minho chuckled, quickly drying his jacket before putting it back on. (Don't you dare take that sentence out of context. 😁😁) He couldn't deny that the ride was fun.

Jisung laughed, drying his shirt quickly before going back to Minho's side, looking for the next ride he wanted to go on.

"That one looks fun, and it doesn't have any heights or things like that. Do you want to go on it?" Jisung asked, pointing to a ride where they could control which direction they wanted to go in.

Minho nodded, agreeing to go. Jisung smiled, grabbing into his hand again and bringing him to the ride.

The two went on so many rides that Minho felt like he could throw up if he went on another. Jisung however, was having the best day of his entire existence, so excited and hyped up.

Eventually they grew hungry, each ride showing how famished the two were, so they went to the cafeteria in the middle of the amusement park to have some food.

As soon as they entered, Jisung's face lit up from the pleasant smells. He ran towards a small stall that sold noodles in small boxes, ordering 2 of them, one for him and one for Minho.

Minho laughed as Jisung came running back, placing the food down on the table they were sat at before running to another stall, getting some cake.

This went on for another 2-3 times, before finally, Jisung sat down and began feasting on the food.

Minho gazed at Jisung's huge hamster cheeks as he shovelled more food into his mouth, chewing happily.

Minho smiled at him, picking up a pair of chopsticks before digging in too.

"Vis is sho goof!" Jisung said, the food in his mouth muffling what he was saying.

Minho tried to stifle his laugh, only to burst out when Jisung looked at him with a confused look.

"Vwat?" Jisung asked, still eating.

Minho just looked at him, waiting for him to finish chewing. Jisung realised what Minho was laughing at, embarrassment showing as a red hue on his cheeks.

"It's okay, it was cute." Minho said, still smiling. Jisung looked away, blushing as Minho reached his hand out and stroked his cheeks, squishing them.

"So soft!!" Minho squealed, kissing Jisung's cheeks.
