Chapter 8 : A Shocking Good Morning

Veronica's POV

Then he started staring me in a very shocked manner, his eyes started getting wider and wider and then after few seconds he came out of his shock and then he said "What do you mean by everything".

I was just controlling my laugh and just said "Everything means everything which should not have happened".

His eyes got more wider and his heart was beating immensely.

"Can't you just exactly say what happened last night" his voice was getting a bit louder but I didn't responded to him .

Then he said "I was drunk last night right , so you should have dropped me in my room and should have went to your room then what the hell you are doing in my room and it was enough that you were in my room I can't digest this what are you doing in my bed with me in your arms".

I replied "Who said I didn't did these , I carried your from the parking area to your room and then I slowly put you down on the bed and I just sat on the bed to get relaxed but what the fucking thing was going on your mind I don't know but when I was leaving you grabbed me and just pleaded me to stay in your room with you".

"I..I" he tried to say but I cut him and said "And what do you think we did , you just holded me in your arms and slept whole night. Nothing happened yesterday just your boring and strange behaviour irritated me so badly that I wanted to grab your neck and make your shout till death" in a very loud, furious and clear voice.

He said "Ok Ok don't shout now , just tell me what i just said to you last night".

I replied "I just don't want to discuss about that childish and boring topic , I'm going to get ready, today we have to go back remember? Get ready I'll be waiting for you in the parking area".

He just Hummed and quickly I went out of his room and closed the door with a very very loud sound that he got to know that how annoyed, vexed and irritated I am.

I got ready in 5 minutes and went to the parking area and called Tarun . After few seconds he also came and saw me scolding Tarun in a very loud voice.

"Tarun you bloody mother fucker, where were you yesterday don't you have a fucking brain what kind of fool and moron person you are . Who said to you to go last night. I had so many problems yesterday just because of your carelessness. If you won't reach in 5 minutes in the parking area I make sure that your dead body will rot in front of your house day after tomorrow".

He came near and just took the phone from my hand and said "Tarun don't worry just come quickly we are here waiting for you and don't be scared of her I'm here nothing will happen to you". After saying this Tarun just replied "Ok....k.. sir I'm coming..g".

He took my right hand turned it and gave me my phone and then left my hand.

My face and eyes got red with anger and I kicked him on his back , then I holded him up with his collars and then again a strong punch on his face . His nose started bleeding so I left him and then he came near to me and said "HIT ME" I was shocked by his words. "COME ON HIT ME MORE WHY YOU STOPPED".

I was in a big confusion why is he saying all these, then he holded my hands and started slapping his face.

Veer's POV

When I took her hand and started slapping myself her eyes started getting narrow and she was trying hard to get her hands from my grab but I didn't let her do that.

I started slapping more hardly that a tear came out of her eyes and she said "Veerr...r ple...ase... don't please vee....rr don't, don't do this sin with my hand , if.. you will continue doing this , I'm sure I'll die here over your feet. Please I beg you don't do it".

I put finger on her lips and said , "Vera dear I beg you please never beg to me ever in your life or else I'll kill myself here in front of you. I respect you and I don't want to make you beg in front of me".

After that I gave her a tight her to make her stop crying. I made her slap me so that she will not harm Tarun but my intentions were not to hurt her.

After few seconds I saw Tarun coming so I broke the hug and then wiped her tears.

We entered inside the car and went to the airport. Our flight was at 8am and it was 7:35am so we were waiting for the fight in the waiting area.

She asked me "Veer , wanna eat something"?

I replied "Yea I'm a bit hungry, say what we should eat"?

She called Ruchika and told her to bring brownie for us.

After few minutes she brought brownie and Vera offered me to eat.

I took one of them and started eating.

While I was eating I saw a piece of brownie was stick on the corner of her lips so I told her about it. She tried to remove it but wasn't able to . So, I removed it from my thumb and in a flirty manner I licked it , just to tease her. She saw me licking my thumb and her eyes got wider by seeing this. I just ignored and continued eating the brownie.

After sometime I heard the announcement that it's the time of our flight so we started walking fo reach there.

We took our seats and then again continued eating there.

On the way she discussed about the new lavender fragrance and its benefits.

We listened songs and ate lots of food and played some games on her laptop.

After getting tired by all these we slept.

When the flight landed I suddenly woke up and saw that she was sleeping in a very cute manner and her mouth was open while sleeping.

I stretched her lips and left it and because of my this kind of indecent behaviour she woke up.

She was staring me with narrow eyes and I started laughing like an idiot

She too started laughing at this act of mine. We get off from the fight and went outside the airport with our luggage. The cab arrived and we went to Vera's house as she didn't wanted to go home.

"Veer please bring in my bag" she said.

I brought her bag and then she took me to her study room which was very big with a smart board, white board, Canvas paper stand and many more.

After staring her room she made me sit on the chair beside her and explained me the entire content of lavender fragrance with pictures.

Veronica's POV

Veer and I are seated on the couch, discussing our business plans. Papers and my laptop are spread out on the coffee table.

"Okay, if we can secure that client by the end of the month, our revenue projections will look much better," I say, pointing to a chart on my laptop.

"Absolutely," Veer agrees. "I was also thinking we could offer a discount for the first quarter to attract more interest."

Suddenly, there's a knock on the door. I glance at the door, puzzled. Who could that be? I wasn't expecting anyone.

"Maybe it's a new client already," Veer jokes with a smile.

I get up and walk to the door. When I open it, I was surprised to see.....
