Rohit : Morning everyone sorry to keep you all waiting, just got caught up in the traffic

Prathiksha and Ryan : Good morning everyone

England team coach : Hey that's totally fine, we came a few minutes before and happy birthday rohit also convey my wishes to Rahul

Rohit : Thank you so much Sir, yeah sure I will convey your wishes to him

Rahul Dravid : Three of you please take a seat

ECB president : So as you all know we have gathered here for discussing an important matter, that's to take a final decision about the transfer of icts current and our former manger Prathiksha mishara, in a meeting with the board secretary's of both the teams it was mutually decided that Prathiksha would return back to our team and a senior manager would join ict before he joins Ryan the assistant manager of ict would manage the team for a brief period

Ganguly : But this decision was not acceptable to ict and a few players had personally called me and asked to reconsider the decision, even when I had a talk with Mahi and Rahul they also wanted the board to reconsider the decision , isn't it Dravid

Rahul Dravid : Yes , the main reason because of which I asked the board to reconsider the decision was because Prathiksha was thrown out of the England team and she was send to jail on the bases of the false allegations held by our former manger vishal who is currently in jail for the charges of multiple cases, she had a bad experience working with them and asking her to work again with them would haunt her with past memories and their actions cannot be changed,  second reason is because within one month of joining she proved to be a great asset to the team, being a youngster with less experience also she managed to run the team smoothly taking care of their comfort and welfare, the players are pretty comfortable and open with her and they all have adjusted with each other, she takes care of every single things of the team from planning their tours to different countries according to the game schedule to ensuring that their health and fitness is getting proper care, she does everything when she is there me and mahi can completely focus on the team and their game, even Ryan can learn a lot of things from her, so ict certainly don't want to lose such a gem like her

Prathiksha was overwhelmed with emotions listening to Rahul Dravids words, even rohit was also overwhelmed like to his words

Rohit : I don't think I have much to say as Rahul Sir has clearly stated our part, within one month time Prathiksha has studied each player individually and has helped us in all the ways she can, she has totally became a part of our team and she proved that not everyone is the same, she is a manger to whom we can approach with our complaints concerns and demands without any hesitation, in this one month time when ever we go to play matches outside india she makes sure that our safety hospitality and privacy is completely taken care of, she keeps a minute by minute update about our schedule which has helped us to stay on track so we certainly don't want to leave her rest is upon you all to decide
