Once upon in a land of sunshine and rainbows, lived a group of cupids, well known creatures that are the masters of love. They lived in what seemed the best place that you hoped to be in, Heaven itself.
Yet Eros, he was the one cupid who was the youngest, created by God to spread the word of love and affection, as he is made to make the newest creation of God fall in love.
Humans.
Eros was the one who was made to look after a generation, a family, which to his sense seemed a bit too much but he obeyed and did his job.
The Winchesters were different from what it was supposed to be, making John fall in love with Mary and watch them fall into the pit of love, sunshine and rainbows.
Then he watched two brothers grow up, he wasn't too interested in what seemed banter between them yet what intrigued him was the older Winchester, the one had many one night stands yet seemed so immune to his arrows.
Not to make it clear but the cupid was not too happy with it.
Yet when it came to Sam, he was happy with his girlfriend, Jessica. The cupid knew that he did a great match for the younger brother as it seemed more real than Dean's constant need to not find somebody who would love him.
Yet to Eros disappointment, the death of Jessica had only made the whole thing worse when everything went sideways in their life.
The cupid knew the time was going to be right when he needed to have these boys on their feet yet with the constant bragging of other cupids only made Eros irritated.
He thought this whole thing about love was bullshit, he never found the appeal or even considered finding somebody for himself.
So what was the logical thing to do?
Pffft. There was no logical thing to do, you can only resolve conflict or yet approach t by talking like adult humans and that's what Eros did.
